Google5One of my garage door springs broke on Sunday, and I was able to schedule a repair appointment for the next day. The technician, John Patton, arrived right on schedule. He was very meticulous to ensure that he installed the appropriate spring, he replaced the cables, and tightened all the door components. Then he tested the door operation to ensure that the operation was perfect. In addition, he examined the operation of my other door and noticed that the cables needed to be replace - which was done. John was extremely professional, answered all the questions I had and completed the repairs in short order. Precision has been servicing my garage doors for years. I highly recommend them!!

Google5I had a great experience with the Precision Garage door technician. He showed up right on time, was very professional, and thoroughly assessed the issue. It turned out nothing needed to be repaired, but he took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I understood what was going on. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future and highly recommend his services.

Google5Great Company! They didn't try to oversell us, we were working with a tight budget. Salesman was a really nice guy to talk to and he really cared about getting you what you wanted. We had to delay the install and that was no problem either. Today they did the install and everything went perfectly. Our technicia was friendly and did the job fast and accurate. I would highly reccomend them to anyone!

John Patton was great - he arrived right on time, took the time to explain all the options for our garage door repair, and completed the job in about an hour. The quality of work was excellent! Google5I’m more than happy to share my evaluation after our garage door has been fixed. Turned out we had a broken spring in a need for replacement of rollers and ease of operation. We tried our farmer service, but they didn’t respond over the weekend but precision called immediately and schedule an appointment for the very next day. There were thorough and explained everything before it was done. We’re entirely impressed. And we’re happy with the results. John Patton was our service agent and we’d love to see him again, but we’re certain that their agents for this company do a good job. This is one evaluation. I’m so happy to do given the nature of the work.

Google5It all began with a great visit from the sales representative, John Lefevre. John gave me guidance on the best options for my project and allowed me time to make my decision. Lucas & his associate did an amazing job installing my 3 garage doors. They arrived as scheduled & worked diligently until the job was complete. When they finished, Lucas discussed the control buttons, motor & programming. I very happy with the whole process!

Google5We are extremely satisfied and very impressed with the level of customer service, responsiveness, consultative sales approach and expert installation. A spring had broken, preventing the door from opening and when we moved into our home, the 19+ year old garage system was missing the manual override and was on our list. We experienced same day service and were given reasonable options, followed by professional, expert installation. Definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service!!
