If I could give a zero I would. Customer service is rude and not helpful. I needed a gasket at the bottom of my door and asked for a part number and they said they dont have part numbers. This is what they told me "we do not maintain part numbers for individual components as our parts (bottom rubber) are exclusive to our company". What does that even mean??

Amarr Garage Doors in Winston-Salem, North Carolina does NOT stand behind their products. They overpromise and underdeliver. One of the main reasons that we selected this brand and its product was because of their supposed lifetime warranty, which included rust-related issues. After approximately four years we noticed areas of concern on the three OS 3200 garage doors that were purchased through an Amarr dealer and installed by a representative. We called the installer regarding the issue, and he advised us that this was rust and would be covered by the warranty and that we should contact Amarr. We did this and Amarr "reviewed it" and denied responsibility and stated that the problem was related to excessive salt exposure, chemical exposure, or pressure washing. They were advised that the garage doors were NOT exposed to any of the above, nor were they exposed to any other potential sources of damage. We live inland, not exposed to unusual atmospheric salt concentrations, and we do NOT pressure clean our garage doors, nor do we expose them to any chemicals. We requested that a representative come out to our home for inspection, but they refused to do this. Do NOT get fooled by them as we did! Caveat emptor!
