Beware: Does not service Raleigh, NC. I live in Raleigh and reached out to this company to have a garage built. Their website advertises them as a custom builder in Raleigh and says over and over that they service Raleigh. When I called to get a quote and was asked where I lived they told me they no longer build within Raleigh city limits because it’s too difficult to get permits. Disappointing.

My garage /shop /studio turned out great. The workmanship was good and the price was fair. Stu was nice to work with and although there were some issues, they absolutely did the right thing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys if you need a garage.

I would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about working with this company to keep on looking!! The picture below is from the truck who refused, absolutely refused to let me merge safely even though my blinker was on and there was enough room. He sped up and started beeping a ridiculous amount causing a scene and almost causing an accident. It was dangerous what he did! I was merging wayyy before I had to, so I wasn't one of those people who waits till the last second just to get a couple cars ahead. If this is how the workers for this company act when they're not on a job site then I would hate to see their work ethic when they are on a job site ! Steer clear! No pun intended.

I worked for this company for one day before quitting after I observed the poor quality of their work. My biggest issue was when I witnessed them pour concrete for a garage on top of loose topsoil, uncompacted soil and missing footer for a garage slab. This was against building code. When I brought this to the attention of the owners they chased me out of their office threatening to physically hurt me if I spoke to anyone about it and denying that I ever was employed that day.

I would recommend them to anyone. They helped me secure additional financing. Helped me find a bank to refinance our house to use some equity to help. Answered every call I made to them and got the job done when they said they would get it done. I have zero complaints. Both Stu and Alan really know how to make a customer happy. Services Rendered: I had a two story garage built by them and they were EXCELLENT.

I decided to go with them because they had done a neighbor's garage. I really liked their work and the quality. They offered a partial payment plan and they could start very quickly. They used very good materials, better than I had expected on some areas, so I was very impressed with the quality. I liked the quality, workmanship, and materials. They are very accommodating to your design needs. They have set plans that they go by to build garages, but you can give them suggestions or your own drawings and customizations you want to make and they will definitely incorporate those into the design.
