I am so grateful to Chuck at Classic Door Systems for his excellent and expedient garage door repair! My mother's garage door sustained damage around three o'clock on a Friday afternoon recently. We had no expectation of being able to secure the door until the following Monday; however, Chuck arrived a little after four, worked until almost dusk, and he saved the day and the weekend! Services Rendered: The garage door frame was bent, and the rest was out of kilter.

He was able to come out 45 minutes after I initially called. He was prompt, courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. The previous owner of our house had at sometime attached the center support (that the arm is connected to) to the wall with metal screws instead of wood screws and the screws had pulled out of the wall. The support is now fastened correctly as well as our safety sensor for that door reattached. The door was oiled and tested and works great now. We also were very pleased with the bill. It was much less than we had anticipated. Services Rendered: The center beam of our garage door opener detached itself from the wall, and a safety sensor was ripped off by our dog. We couldn't shut the door at all.

He resolved the problem by rewiring and also greased the sliding mechanism which reduced the drag and noise when the door operated. He indicated we should call if the problem recurred and he would return without a labor charge. We are totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the charge was reasonable. Services Rendered: We had a wiring problem that was intermittant and quite frustrationg because the door would sometimes not open or would only close partially. Chuck Gizelle arrived on time and patiently diagnosed the problem..

Gentleman was very courteous, professional, and knew a lot about not only what kind of repair/part we needed, but how long it would take to get the part and complete the repair. Drove to North Raleigh to get the part and came back to Holly Springs to finish the repair by lunch. Did excellent work, would recommend him highly.
