Google5My garage door was struggling and needing repair. ProLift Garage was fast acting and arrived same day I made the call. They were able to come and fix my issue, address my springs which assisted drastically in the noise being made when opening. The services was extremely affordable and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. ProLift even offered a garage door opener during the service. Their service was great, fast, affordable, and supplemental. They went above and beyond my ask. Could not be happier with the results. Very appreciative.

Google5I had Jacob come out and look at installing 2 new garage doors are the place we're at, and take a quick look at the main garage door yesterday. My mother was here for the estimate, even stating to me afterwards, "he's a man of character." The price was reasonable, so I immediately scheduled the appointment - she doesn't say that hardly ever anymore about anyone! This is the kind of person you want in a workman. Jacob was punctual (within seconds of the appointment time hitting :00, actually), professional, had a good attitude, was knowledgeable, and was extremely helpful. The result is very usable, programmed right, and works beautifully. He even took care of a broken garage door handle component and cleaned it up for us. I highly, highly recommend Jacob of ProLift Garage Doors if you need garage door fixed!

Google5Jake is knowledgeable and friendly. After a quick review of my situation, he was able to provide a solution that saved me hours of time and frustration. Within 30 minutes he had my garage door working again and advised several changes that would make my life better and easier. Jake installed our new garage door opener and the results are astounding. The new opener is much quieter and slows before touching down, so you don't hear it at all. Installation was completed without issue and everything works as expected. All-in-all, working with ProLift Garage Doors was an excellent experience.

Google5ProLift Garage Doors of Cary installed a new garage door for us about 6 months ago and we couldn't be happier with the work. Definitely will be a repeat customer. The service was great and the door looks fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up after the job was done, and did everything they said they would do. The door has been working great and it so quiet! Couldn't ask for more.

Google5I called ProLift Garage Doors after receiving and rejecting a ridiculous estimate from another company. Jake arrived at the appointment time and quickly gave me two estimates for different ways to repair the door. Both estimates were hundreds of dollars below the other company's estimates. Jake performed the work quickly and with great expertise. I highly recommend this company.

Google5Called where Wayne Dalton/original Torquemaster springs broke. It’s getting harder to find the orig style parts and springs. Quote from another provider to convert to Torquemaster Plus seemed high. ProLift able to assess door, and replace spring system with a torsion spring. Think they were able to complete work with warranty in roughly an hour.
