Angi5Randy is a very likable, knowledgeable guy who seems to be very trustworthy and dependable. He took pride in making sure that everything was finished properly and to our satisfaction. It seems that he can do just about anything around a house. We were going to have him back this spring to repair our deck (or build a new one) but we decided to wait another year. We will also be having him back to repair the whole kitchen ceiling due to water damage from a shower above. I wouldn't be hesitant whatsoever to recommend Randy for almost anything to do with a house. Services Rendered: Most of the services performed were odds and ends that we needed to have done: 1. Repair 2 "sticking" doors 2. Install fan/light in bathroom 3. Install new motion light for outside by garage 4. Check to see if electrical problem with fan could be remedied 5. Repaired misaligned door latch. 6. Repaired fluorescent light fixture above cabinets 7. Installed an entryway into a crawlspace 8. Installed our new motorized awning on deck
