Google3The store is well appointed with tools, supplies, and generally staff is friendly. I had great experiences in the past so I ordered a new air filtration unit online for pickup. When I arrived to pick up, it was the floor model. When asked, there were no other units or box - i was informed there were none. Upon inspection the it was in good shape so I opted to take it since I have drive to the store already. Additionally new unit comes with 4 eye hooks, but when asked I was informed it did not. (It does as confirmed by the manual and online). After some back and forth I was told it might be in the back somewhere - but then there was no effort to locate or provide me with such. That kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. I should have not accepted the item, but already made it out there. Think I will frequent other local establishments instead.

Google5Nice organized store with good prices. My husband said there’s items much more affordable here than you would find at Lowe’s.

Google1Great store great products and everyone helpful except the guy behind the counter. Have tried 3 times to give him a chance but the 1 dude always seems to be annoyed. Send that guy to a cubicle in the back. I will not ever go back to this store. Maybe he is warmer to his grandchildren. Let's hope. Too bad as everyone else is great. Send scrouge to the back.

Google1Beginning woodworker here and got wonderful help from an employee there a couple of weeks ago about getting me started with dust collection (using shop vac). Made a purchase then but came back in today to get some adapters and hose, but the guy today basically discredited everything the previous guy said. He was condescending and almost seemed bothered that he had to interact with a rookie. He assumed and asserted I got all of my info via YouTube and I didn’t bother telling him it was one of his coworkers because I was annoyed at that point. Store wasn’t very busy and none of the employees seemed very inviting or helpful. If it’s going to be like that, I’ll make my purchases through Amazon and the big box stores.

Google5Exactly what I expected, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Took the time to educate me about my intended purchase while offering a money and alternative. Picture is not the actual item because I haven't opened the box yet.

Google4They have a great selection and my husband loves this store. I took my daughter because she wants to get into woodcarving. The staff was friendly but not especially helpful in telling us what tools would be best for a beginner (beyond the prepackaged sets available).

Google5Their service and advice is always top notch. Every time I ask questions, they've known the answer. Every time I've needed help with a product, they've given service like it's their absolute pleasure. I highly recommend woodworkers use them.
