Angi2Took several days to get a response regarding my request for an estimate (they said they would schedule the following week - the whole week went by and I never heard a word. I emailed the following weekend and got "Oh sorry, can we set something up for next week"). The guy who came to do the estimate (I won't use names) was very polite, professional and knowledgeable -- HE was great, but after that, it went from bad to worse. I chased them down every step of the way (what's next? where's the contract? when can we schedule?). Finally got something on the books and used a vacation day for the (eventually) "scheduled" work day. After 2 days of asking (email/voice mail) for confirmation "are we still 'on' for sure," I get an email at 9:15 the night before the scheduled day saying the guy's truck broke down and he wouldn't be able to make it. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and right up there with "The dog ate my homework"!! I had already purchased the storm door and am now completely stuck and out $300 (cost of door plus $$ to rent a truck to pick it up)! When I emailed them to cancel the work order, I got a response of "Well this is inconvenient for us too"!! Would NOT recommend and will not be calling to reschedule. Services Rendered: Was scheduled to install storm door, rerun wire for garage door opener and diagnose drip/leak noise above garage.

Angi5Great job. Services Rendered: Repaired wood frame around garage door and them covered it to make it waterproof and maintenance free
