Google1Overhead Door Reno driver blocked our community's fire lane and crosswalk with their service vehicle. It was holding sharp metal debris that extended into our crosswalk at head level. When I politely asked if the driver would move the vehicle to the available parking space only 20ft in front of it, they refused. It would have taken zero effort for this Overhead Door representative to be more considerate of our community's traffic safety, but that was too much for them. 1450 Idlewild Drive, 08DEC2023, 10:40AM

Google5I be lovin' Overhead Door. I used them a lot on my rental properties, so, naturally, I use them on my three personal garage doors. This morning they showed up, on time, and quickly resolved my garage door issue. They thoroughly inspected the door, and found a tiny stress crack developing that I wouldn't have noticed in a hundred years, and took care of it in minutes. You can't get any better service than these guys.

Google5Just had Overhead doors install my Beautiful doors. Tim's work was impeccable, he's a perfectionist and made sure the doors worked Perfect, so nice and Quiet!!! Bret, Thank you for helping me choose the correct color for the doors. Much appreciated. Already have recommended Overhead doors.

Google5Very impressed with the level of service. Tyler came out to look at a broken garage door - had this fixed quickly and was very professional. Took the time to make sure the job was done correctly. He even lubricated the other doors just as a convenience while he was on site. Why does this level of service seem a thing mostly relegated to the past? Can't recommend more. Not at all surprised with the rating they have on Google.

Google5I would highly recommend this company. Tim was wonderful and took the time to make sure everything was working correctly after getting my door back on its track. He definitely measures twice and cuts once so you know it's done right. He also went over what may have happened until we figured it out (didnt take long) and helped me make sure it wont happen again. Tim was also incredibly understanding and kind about the stress and fear I was feeling after another company had tried to take advantage. I believe Tim saved me at least 300 dollars, my life (don't try fixing these doors yourself) and a future unessasary call back. 100% 5 star 10/10 A+

Google5I called first thing this morning since my garage door wouldn't open when I was trying to leave for work. They were kind and quick to set up a service appointment. Tyler came out and was able to repair my door quickly and I was thrilled to be able to get to work this morning and not have to waste a whole day waiting for service. Great company and great customer service. Highly recommend them!

Google5I had them install a new garage door at my residence in Reno. Their installer Steve was very efficient and was finished in 2 hrs. His work was impeccable. The door is very attractive and of high quality. Don't waste your time looking for a better company. Call Brett at Overhead Door and he'll take great care of you!

Angi5A garage door spring broke over the weekend. I called Overhead Door on Monday morning and an appointment was set for the following morning. The service man showed up on time and completed the work in a little over an hour. Since the springs on my doors were of the same age, I had them replace both springs, although one was still working. He inspected both door openers and the systems and advised me all was in order and did not attempt to sell me unneeded parts or service. The charge was exactly as quoted on the phone. I will not hesitate to contact Overhead Door for my future garage door needs. Services Rendered: Replaced springs on 2 doors

Angi5as very cordial and informative as he performed It went very well. The response was more than I could have hoped for. Service was provided day after request. (request was late in the day) The service person was on time took little time in evaluating the problem. He had all the items needed with him and I was repaired within an hour. Angi5The price was good, much lower than Home Depot for a nicer looking door. Very prompt, responsive, professional job. Fast service, custom doors in just 2 weeks. My only negative comment was that the installer didn't sweep up the mess after, but everything else great! Services Rendered: They replaced my garage doors.

Angi5We have a house built in the 1930's so the unattached "carriage house" did not have a standard door. The door was custom designed and finished exactly as desired. The crew was a pleasure to work with; dependable, flexible and courteous. Very professional job. Services Rendered: Removed old garage door and installed new automatic door.

Angi5Excellent Services Rendered: The owner came out and gave an estimate to fix a noisy slow garage door. He suggested replacing door opener and doing tune up on tracks etc. The next day they were out on time and did a great job at the estimate they quoted. Another company wanted to change out all the hardware on the door saying the big spring was worn out and the tracks were bad and gave an estimate twice the price without replaving the opener it's self. Highly recomed this company.
