A neighbor met installer, Jeremy, at a car show where he had an information booth about the product. After they serviced her garage door she mentioned them to me and highly recommended them. Since I work on referrals I asked her to send them down. Jeremy arrived shortly and assessed my needs and gave me a fair quote. I gave him a 50% deposit and in less than a week he was able to accomodate my schedule for the install! He and his partner, son Devon, arrived on time and were a well orchestrated team! It was like they could read each other's minds and intuitively knew when to turn and render needed assistance. Impressive!!! The install went quickly and the clean up was well done. I appreciate their dedication to service excellence and the warranty on the product. I highly recommend this company!!!

Jeremy and his son were amazing! They were able to install doors in a non-standard manner due to the unique nature of my old garage and they look like they were original (only new). I'm very happy with the attention to detail, the communication, the product, and the professionalism of this franchise and corporation. Thank you ProLift Carson!

Really nice father and son team. They worked with us to find the best solution and were flexible on how to reach that solution without breaking our budget. The garage door was surprisingly quiet after their fixes too!
