Angi5Arrived on time, fixed the problem, hurray! Services Rendered: Repair of garage door--broken spring. We left a message Sunday morning and Door Man called back after they opened at 10am. The reason I gave a grade of B for responsiveness is because they were not able to make an appointment with us until Monday and our cars were trapped in the garage until then. On the positive side, they were here first thing Monday morning and got the job done.

Angi5David was terrific. The funny part was he installed the garage door opener to our house 16 years ago! We didn't live in the house then, but his records indicated when he had installed it. The only maintenance, as far as we know, since the original installation was a spring replacement we had done by another company. They were ok, but I didn't feel great about the experience; they tried to upsell. It was nice to have The Door Man. We will call him again in 16 years! Services Rendered: My garage door was not functioning at all. My wife and I would manually open and close it to get our cars in and out. We new once the cold weather was approaching we'd have to get it repaired.

Angi5There was no problem. The price wasn’t too bad, wasn’t too painful. I think he does a great job. I think the pricing is fair. He called me and he was here in no time flat. Services Rendered: I had them twice come work on my garage door. I had some problems with my lighting on my garage door opener.
