BBB1This is the worst company to deal with. I purchased a brand new door that their company came and installed only 6 months ago..I asked the technician was the door suppose to sound the way it did when he was done and he said yes that it was fine..the door operated as usual just a funny sound..6 months after the install the wheel completely came off track and as the door was going down it bent and some spring popped off..I called to schedule an appointment for repairs and when the tech arrived he said he had to do and estimate because I would be charged to pay for labor even though their 1st technician couldnt have installed it correctly..what a waste of ***** dollars I would never use them again nor recommend anyone to use them..thats how they make more money..install door to only operate for 6 months so we would have to call them back and pay them to repair what wasnt right the first time..the operators and the second technician was rude! He left without saying a word to me or doing an estimate. Then to get an estimate done on it now they wanted to charge me a $35 dollar fee..they are schemers and the quality of their work is absolutely horrible!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

BBB5I was very happy with ***** and his work. My only complaint was that the company accepted my order and check knowing that there would be a substantial delay (four months) in the installation of the doors. They need to improve their communications with their customers in so far as timely updates are concerned.I did speak with ***** about this matter and he was both professional and courteous in his dealings with me. As a customer service gesture, he did offer me an upgrade on my doors at no additional charge.Lastly, we are very happy with the garage doors.

Angi2They promptly got someone out to my house for the repair, which was greatly appreciated. The repair was incredibly simple. So simple in fact, a reputable contractor wouldn't have charged for the repair as it was simple an issue with pulling the lock in a slightly different direction to attach the door back to the chain via the linkage. Maybe I have worked in the past with contractors who are a bit more old fashioned, but in my experience what happened is a bit unbecoming of a reputable business. My frustration with the service simply comes from being charged $109 when I was never told or given any indication I would incur a charge for the visit. In fact, I decided not to have other companies come out after learning they charged a service call. Had I known this, I would have instead called additional companies. Instead I asked for both a repair and replacement quote, which the website even mentions they provide free quotes with no specification to whether it is a repair or for replacement, and there was no mention of a service charge. After getting the quote I was surprised by and told I had to pay $109 and that I would only get part of the money back if I decided to use their company to install the new garage doors. Services Rendered: I called Overhead Doors to request a repair quote on my garage door opener and also get a quote for replacement of the openers in the event the repair was too expensive.

Angi1New garage doors were installed however all the framework around the garage door was damaged and I'm still trying to get them come to fix what they have damaged. As of 5/25/17, they have still refused to fix the problems. In response to the comments they have left on this review: They claim that they have tried to contact me, which they have not. He says they did not do any damage. His offer was to take my garage doors back and refund me, but that would leave me with no garage doors, and the casing is still banged up. Services Rendered: We wanted to replace our garage doors

Angi5Good product and good installation. It took them a full day. There were two workers. I did call them about a glitch and never heard back from them so they could respond to issues a little bit better. The glitch went away but I think I called them twice. Services Rendered: They installed 3 garage doors with motors.
