I had a fantastic experience with Precision Door! They responded quickly and scheduled service the very next day. I really appreciated the detailed communication from start to finish. Carlos arrived on time and was professional, friendly, and attentive to all my questions. I was planning to only replace the weather seal on my 16 foot garage door but after inspection, Carlos advised that the hardware was old and not working properly so that was replaced as well. Wow, what a difference this made!! The door sounds smooth now and operates like new! Thank you Carlos for your advice and the great work!! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for outstanding customer service at competitive prices!!

Excellent service start to finish. I scheduled online the day before and they were prompt and well within the time range (I selected 8-10am and he arrived at 0900 after texting/calling me 15 minutes before to let me know). Courteous and knowledgeable, with good explanation of the issue and several price options for our service. Completed everything in about 90 minutes and couldn’t be happier. Our service technician, Juan, also gave good advice on upkeep Nd regular maintenance to extend equipment life. Highly recommend and will be using them again.

Perfect. Although we did have to reschedule once because of the blizzard (obviously not their fault), they were prompt nonetheless. The job was done perfectly. They replaced the spring and even adjusted the entire door assembly and mechanism, so that now I can't even hear the door open and close. They were terrific and I would definitely call again. Services Rendered: The main spring on my garage door broke (trapping me inside). After escaping, I called RI Garage Door repair to schedule a repair.

I needed springs for a garage door fast so called one of the national companies, they dispatched someone that day, but they charged me $400 for springs, and put the wrong weight on, so the door kept flying open. And they didn't put safety cables in. It was the stupidest contractor move I've made in decades, I must've been sleeping that day. Flash forward forward a few weeks, I call RI Garage Door Repair, he comes out in 48 hrs, takes down the old springs, puts up correctly weighted ones, with the safety cables, puts springs on the other door too, and braces the other door because it had some wood rot at bottom. All for $175. And he cleans up perfectly. I cannot recommend RI Garage Door Repair enough. Services Rendered: Springs for 2 single bay garage doors. Misc hardware for some of the doors. Bracing to stabilize one old wood garage door.
