BBB1Made a 875$ deposit to have a trap door made of wood with hinges in my home. Processed started in August 2023, and after numerous text messages to ***** the owner and excuse after excuse I contacted the realty company who used his services before and they intervened to an extent.***** dropped off a cheque November 29 ( cash was paid originally, I had requested cash back of course) and the cheque was $62.50 short. I contacted ***** again he apologized for the mistake and stated he would drop off another cheque the next day. That has not happened Im waiting to see if the cheque even clears now Shame on you ***** for taking advantage of homeowners and small claims will ensue shortly Homeowners dont use this contractor he is a shister

BBB1I paid $12,000 for double doors as a down payment. I was promised that the installation would be done in august. Turns out, ***** Savage did not use that money to order doors. Because I called the door company and explained my situation- there were no orders placed for my specific doors by ***** Savage and his company. ***** just took my money and fed me lies. The doors that were finally installed in November looked nothing like the ones I have ordered. ***** Savage stole my money and installed much cheaper doors.
