Google5We needed to add blow-in insulation to our 30 year old attic. Jeff and his assistant arrived on time and worked very efficiently. They did an outstanding job and raised our R value up to current code. The price was fair and Jeff was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kent's!

Their pricing is competitive, but what stood out the most was their reliability—they always arrived on time as scheduled. If a reschedule was necessary, they communicated in advance with a new date. That level of communication and reliability is crucial for me.

Google5James, the point of contact and the installation crew were polite, efficient and very professional. I've had Kent installed insulation in my previous home as well. Very satisfied with their work an customer service. I highly recommend this company

Google1I called Kent's Insulating and was given Ryan cell phone number. We called and spoke to him and set an appointment for a Tuesday at 11. I wrote it on our board . Well Tuesday came and he didn't show. I called his cell and left a message . He never showed or returned my call. Before doing this review I waited another day to see if he would return my call but that didn't happen . Well needless to say very disappointed. He wasn't very personable when I called and set an appointment so maybe that should have been my first clue.
