The repairman came out and replaced the wheel. I went out shortly after and the garage door would not go down. I called him back and he returned, did some "greasing" and fiddled with the garage door opener controls. From then on, the garage door opened without problem. He didn't charge me for his return visit. Services Rendered: One of the wheels on the garage door came off the track and thew garage door wouldn't go down or up for obvious reasons.
