Our existing garage door opener/chain wouldn't function and I needed to reset the codes and the chain. Without a manual, I called up Great River and the guy came over within a half our. Stood on a ladder in my garage and reset the codes by using combinations from his knowledge and experience. It was working in minutes. He assessed our unit and warned us that it was old and looked like it was on it's last leg. He was right. Just 6 weeks later, it completely died and I didn't hesitate to call them back for the new unit. It was installed within a couple days- quickly, efficiently, and all cleaned up. Services Rendered: Reset codes and chain in very old garage door opener. Diagnosed unit and when it finally died company replaced unit with new one.
