Google1This door was done in August 2023, it’s March of 2024, and the 2x4’s they anchored the garage to were not strong enough to hold the garage door, they moved, door came off track, and now I need a whole new garage door. Talking with two other garage door installers, they both commented that whoever installed the garage door should have known better. See photos and you’ll see exactly. I tried to talk with them about how it was brought to my attention the reason it broke was because of poor installation, they asked “how long have you been installing garage doors” terrible customer service. Terrible experience with this company. Highly recommend not them. Thankfully no one was hurt. Don’t go with this company unless you want to have to get a new garage door every 6 months and get treated like a child for advocating for yourself about valid concerns.

Google5I came home from running errands and my garage door would only open 4 inches. I called Quality and they were able to send someone over within a half hour. The service tech identified the problem and fixed it in about 20 minutes. he was also meticulous with a full inspection -making sure that the door and mechanism was functioning well before he left

Google5When a hanger broke on my garage door, I called shortly after 7:30 and they were out to fix it that morning. The technician was pleasant and capable. And the price of the repair was reasonable. I was very pleased with Quality Overhead Door.
