Google5After trying to get my garage door opener to respond to me for the last week I finally gave up and decided to find a new one and possibly and better one. I contacted INDQT Garage Experts and got a text confirming my appointment. The technician showed up on time. Install the new garage door opener and helped me install the new technology. The garage door opener wasn't working properly. So Cole The technician saw that it had been damaged. He uninstalled it and reinstall a new one, and stayed after hours to make sure that everything was working properly. It is always scary trying a new service, but I would definitely say I was extremely pleased with INDQT Garage Experts, opener and repair and would refer them out to my friends and family who live in Irondequoit.

Google5When I got the keys to my new home, the garage door did not close properly because the cable had jumped the pulley on one side, causing it to close awkwardly. The door nearly came completely off track and would have landed on my car. However, this place's technicians came over and fixed it; I was very pleased with their work, their honesty, and the affordable price they charged. I have a strong impression that they are trustworthy. I'd go back to them.

Google5As soon as I got home the garage door feel off the track. I called a few places in Irondequoit and got answering machines. But Edward at INDQT Garage Doors Experts answered and was happy to take the call. He was able to come out that night and take care of our issue. He showed up right on time. His prices are competitive and his service is far above what we expected. He was positive and upbeat the whole time and gave us some pointers on how to maintain our garage doors moving forward. Google5Garage door cable snapped, and we were not able to get it open. It totally fell off its hinges. I called INDQT overhead door repair in the morning and they were able to come out and fix it within one hour. Total life saver and it didn't break the bank to fix it.

Google5So glad they were able to fix our garage door. Was so worried at first, since the door was stuck in place wide open. Plus this snow been brutal and nobody wanted to come out and repair the garage door opener. INDQT were the only ones who were awesome enough to brave the weather and do the repairs.
