Google1This is the WORST experience that I’ve EVER had with a company. Very poor communication, and gives multiple empty promises. Advised at time of original request of time-sensitive projects due to weather, and we are yet to see an estimate even though Patrick was here on 11/25 and had promised the quotes by 12/1 - 12/2. When he was here, he literally only spent 10 minutes and didn’t even break out a measuring tape. He also never expressed any desire to learn in-depth details about what we wanted and what they could offer for the 3 major projects that we wanted to hire them for. Because they are local, we were stupid enough to not get additional quotes from other vendors, as their website looked promising. Now we are left with no quotes and no work. And this is after we already had major communication issues and Patrick pleaded to, “Give him another chance.” I have NEVER had an experience like this before, and if they treat their “Customers” like this in the beginning, then I sure as hell wouldn’t hire them as they are unprofessional, unreliable, neglectful and liars filled with empty promises. If they treated us this way, they’ve definitely done it to others. They’re also not an accredited business with the BBB. The BBB had reached out to them several times with no response, and they caution against using them due to their unreliability.

Google5I had major home renovations done , all new windows and doors. If you want the job done right, Patrick Maressa is the man to do it for you! He is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable! His work is the best I have ever seen done.Patrick and his crew are very meticulous, they pay attention to every detail. When completed they explain everything, and want you to be 💯 %satisfied before they leave. I am very impressed on his workmanship and dedication. He and his team have a great personality , and love what they do!! Thanks Patrick and crew for a very positive experience !!

Google5Nephew found this company for us. We found it to friendly, professional and informative. Based on previous estimates the price was great and product quality was superior. Cody and Al were friendly, punctual, and efficient. The house was completed quickly and their working clean and organized.

Google5We had a bathroom renovation completed in spring of 2025 by Maressa. Setting up the consultation and walk through with the owner, Patrick, was quick and easy. He was realistic and up front with pricing and timelines. We appreciated the responsiveness of Patrick and Al when things came up throughout the process. We were happy with the quality of the work in the end! They follow through, and Al even came back to fix a small issue that popped up months after the job was completed.

Google5I highly recommend Maressa Remodeling for any of your remodeling needs. Patrick and his team did an amazing job doing a full remodel of my unfinished basement, which provided me with a family room, kitchenette, half bathroom, exercise room, crafting room (with custom shelving), and storage area. I have to give Patrick an A++ on communication, attention to detail, and creative thinking to utilize all spaces. I will definitely use Maressa Remodeling for any future projects I plan to do.

Google5We had two full bathrooms, a powder room and our laundry remodeled and want to commend Patrick and his team for their excellent work! Communication was prompt from the beginning to the very end and it is clear that a high level of workmanship is valued. The team made sure that the work area was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and updated us on the next steps for the project as they went along. We could not be more happy with the end result and are enjoying being able to use our new functional and beautiful spaces.
