Google5Nathan did an amazing work. WOW! Such a genuine guy who is all about giving the best service for a truly reasonable price. He came to fix our spring which snapped a few days ago and when I considered fixing it myself today I quickly realized it would be best to have an expert look at it before I will be losing a finger. Well Nathan came as quickly as he could, mind you, I called him in the morning and even after having a full day he made time to give us his efficient service on the same day. He was fully booked but was able to find time for us and did not try to speed up things. He worked carefully and made many tests before he confirmed the door is safe for use again. Thanks Nathan!! We highly appreciate and recommend Matalonco Garage Doors to anyone who has an urgent need for garage door repair in Pittsford.

Google5I can't speak more highly about Matalonco - awesome! Communication is super-fast and my garage door install was perfect, fast, and affordable! The perfect example of a great small business that provides friendly service to their customers. I got some great advice and will probably have them back to do some door maintenance. No sales pitch by the way - I asked for suggestions to make my door better. Don't think twice – if you need garage door service in Rochester area hire Matalonco.

Google5I went with Matalonco Garage Doors because they had an outstanding product and were absolutely competitively priced in comparison to other competitors in Rochester. I am delighted that I did. There was no waiting period. Luis - one of the managers was readily accessible by phone & text. His crew was responsible, timely and courteous. They also programmed one of my doors - something that was left undone for a few years. Please consider Matalonco Garage Doors if you are looking for a new garage door installer!

Everyone from the top down in the company is outstanding- from first communications for a quote to the day of completing the work. Bill, the technician I had the pleasure working with, replied to my quote request minutes after I posted it, even though it was late evening. He was not pressuring me at all, and unbelievably gave me a quote with parts + labor + tax right there. I still did my due diligence and shopped around, but I still came back to Matalonco Garage Doors & Gates Services Of Rochester because he had better reviews, up front with pricing, and not pushy at all. It also just so happened that he quoted me lower than the 3 others I researched in Henrietta area. After accepting, I got a call the next day from Bill who is very polite and she set up an appointment for me the following work day. Showed on the agreed time and had all parts to make the door work within an hour. Can't get better than Matalonco Garage Doors & Gates Services Of Rochester.

Google5My garage door did not operate all of a sudden, I googled and found Matalonco Garage Doors & Gates and saw good reviews and called. I talked to a very pleasant person (Matt) and described the issue. He sounded very knowledgeable and sent me a video that solved my issue. Free advice? Well, still exists in 2021 :) I will be a customer if any issue comes up with my garage door in the future. Google5Simply the best price and honest work. Joe gave me straightforward quote right away, which other garage door suppliers in Rochester would have to stretch to come close. He came on time. He explained what he would do. He performed clean and thorough repair. He wrote an invoice with warranty, exactly as quoted. When he was done Joe cleaned up and offered some expert advice before departing for his next job. In between, there were short pleasant chats while I watched. Everything you can ask for from a professional.
