Google5The technician came and changed the garage door springs. He was very professional, honest with the repairs needed, arrived on time, and cleaned up after the job was finished. That's not yet to mention the extremely reasonable pricing offered for his services! We were very pleased to have this Guys repair our garage.

Google5I was backing while the door was closing and I hit my garage door with my car (tip: When in a rush, breathe and relax, thank god it is just the door that got damaged!). The hit dented the doors and ruined my chain drive and motor. The worst part of this transaction was the insurance company. It took over a month to get the money to pay for the services. I have a labral tear on my shoulder and have to wait for surgery they didn't care about sense of urgency (Insurance companies are the worst!). They make you collect 3 quotes and then they want to send their own team. Anyway, I just stopped waiting and called My Tech Garage Door USA. Ashton came the same day and made the door working temporarily until I will get the insurance approval. He agreed to get a new door but only if I will pay him and the insurance company will pay me (Just like me, he had some bad experiences with insurance companies and does not want to chase money belongs to him anymore). I agreed and 3 days later got new door installed and paid. Ashton was friendly and I enjoyed the process. He was positive and explained everything he was doing and why. Long story short (If not too late for that) 5 stars to My Tech Garage Door USA. 0 stars to insurance company that know how to take, but when need to give back they suddenly don't have time for you.

Google5Best handyman/repairman I have used since moved to Webster! I am a first time home owner and have been in my home about two years now. While away on vacation my garage stopped working and as you can imagine I freaked out. Monday morning I called MY Garage Door Tech USA INC and was instantly at relief with the pleasant and helpful person that answered the phone, they were able to come out same day and the tech Bob that came out was super helpful and knowledgeable. Beings that I was fresh off vacation I was worried about the price as well and to my surprise it was not as much as I expected. Bob finished the job super quick and I was back to a working garage in about 30 minutes. If the need comes again MY Garage Door Tech USA INC will be the company I am going to call.

Google5Reliable, kind, knowledgeable and priced fairly. Marv from MY Garage Door Tech is an excellent communicator. He helped me to coordinate the garage door repair for my father. He went above and beyond with a much needed tune up for a very fair price. My father was pleased to work with a "kind, polite and capable young man." We highly recommend MY Garage Door Tech and will call them again the next time garage door service will be needed.

Google5Andreas did amazing work on our garage door. I had a wonderful experience with My Tech Garage Door Repair and with Andreas the technician who came to repair the door. He was super quick and assured me that it would be working as good as new when he will complete the repair, and he was right. He came the same day that I called and the price was fair. He made sure that it was tested 4-5 times and let me know that I could call whenever should I have any issues. I had a short timeline before I had to leave for an appointment and he was in and out and thorough. My Tech Garage Door Repair's number is locked in and saved for future use and to share with others in need. I would defiantly recommend My Tech Garage Door Repair!

Google5Hands down the best service I have seen in a very long time. Maybe even since I moved to West Henrietta. I had a great experience using Joseph to repair my garage. I called MY Tech USA Garage Doors to get a second quote after calling a different company in West Henrietta first. The first garage company spent all of five minutes looking at my door and insisted I needed a new door. Joseph responded to my call quickly and came over that same night. He was honest with me and fixed my door that night (Came equipped like a pro). It's still working like a charm and I will certainly be calling MY Tech USA Garage Doors for any future repair needs. Also, ask them about the DIY Garage door maintenance. You will thank me later.

Google5Tried to open the door to the garage and when it only opened couple inches I looked closer and discovered a broken spring on our single sectional garage. I called several people in Irondequoit asking for emergency service. I had scheduled an appointment with MY Tech Garage Door Repair because they said they could fix it the same morning. I explained Nelson the situation and he was willing to work with me enough on the price that I decided to go ahead and get it repaired rather than get more quotes. The repair was fast and guaranteed for several years. I definitely would call MY Tech Garage Door Repair again if needed.

Google5It has been a pleasure to work with MY Tech USA garage door repair. First, that's the right questions. Second, they did not ask for photos like other companies asked. As I am a contractor myself I know that for us can only tell a partial story. They do have a service fee of $20 to send one of their garage door technicians. I had the pleasure of communicating with Thomas who is an odd knowledgeable guy who knows garage doors. They installed two garage doors for us together with two new garage door opener's. Job was done on the agreed time end it was done by the contract was signed. It's been a month since the new doors were installed and everything is working fine. After working with MY Tech USA garage door repair, I can tell you that this is a company you want to hire.
