I went to close my garage door a couple weeks ago and the arm with the chain on it came off the bracket There's about a 3" pin holding the arm on the bracket and apparently the cotter pin was never installed to keep the pin in or had fallen out I built the house about 16 months ago and I figured a repair would be covered by the company I figured wrong ! I was billed $102 for a service call to put a pin back that took 15 minutes and quite frankly should have never fallen out If youre looking or a garage door I would find another company !

Simple service calls turns into being accused as being a liar. I had a door installednot even a year ago and it malfunctioned and was told I had a box blocking it from closing when they checked on it? Ridiculous nothing was in the way and if it was I would of moved it before calling them. Charged 81.00 after the service man tells the owner Dana I had a box of floor tile in the way. All I can say is WOW!
