After another local company tried to scam me, someone recommended Pugsley's to me. They did a great job. They came out the next day, were very knowledgeable, honest, and the price was very fair. What more can you ask for?

These folks are THE BEST !!!! They went above and beyond for me a couple times working me into their schedule. Most recently, they worked after hours to be sure the door was repaired when needed. And their pricing is super reasonable! I know who I'm calling when it's time to replace it.

I have a 93 yr old (?) 18' tall Quoncet hut, that is leaned about 4" to the West. Bob, Jason (Darren, lol) and Greg knocked it out of the park on today's installation of my 6'9" x 16' premium door and the side drive opener. Every step of this was well thought out engineering by them and believe me that was I'm guessing as many as 500 decisions and actions. Overall waaaay more than impressive!

Two gentlemen that came over were great! Replaced my Garage Door cables in an hour, and the cost was more than reasonable! Would 100% recommend them to anyone, they have earned my business and recommendation in the future for sure!

Left a vm for assistance with garage door repair. Received a phone call 3 weeks later from Anne saying she just got my vm. Thought that was really weird but scheduled a time to meet at my house to look at door. Crew shows up 3 hours late from set time which was a pain with work. Discussed 2 options to remedy my garage door problem. Older gentleman said he would have a quote to me in a few days. It has been 3 weeks and not a word. Unreal...I don't know how they stay in business.

They responded in a 2 day turnaround which was much better than some of the bigger outfits. Their price a little lower and i think the owner is involved in all calls. Robert Pugsley has many years of experience under his belt. After they left ., my door was not flush with the ground, so they came back out and replaced my drums with out any additional charge. Services Rendered: My garage door spring was broken.

We have been VERY pleased with the prompt service whenever we have needed it. We would highly recommend this provider for all of your garage door needs. Services Rendered: We had received service on one of our overhead doors in June and had a recurrence of the problem. The wire slipped from the "wheel" and the door would not open automatically. It was repaired the second time at no cost (the cost the first time was very reasonable).

Bob gave me a quote for the project on a Monday. On Friday morning the same week he came and removed the old door and opener and installed the new one. Bob did everything he said he would in a neat and orderly manner. He cleaned up after the job and went over the operation of the unit. It went great. Unit could not be repaired so decided to have a new one done. They came and did the work for me on a Saturday since week days was not convenient due to work and there was no way for them to get into my garage. Came and did the work when they said they would. And very professional and personable. There was a little glitch that somehow my neighbor ended up having access to my door. Every time the neighbor used her remote my door went up or down.
