Google5Top level of service! Our garage door was uneven and not fully closing due to splintering cables. Gave Webster’s Garage Repair a call and Esteban promptly answered and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He changed the cables, balanced the doors, reprogrammed the openers, and added lubricant to the doors. The garage is now working well, and we don't have to worry about the cables snapping and the doors dropping. So grateful for his service and timely communication. Google5Needed to replace the garage motor on my overhead door and used Webster’s Garage Door again. I believe it was Alejandro who came and he was a ball of energy to say the least. He explained the problem, gave me my options and scheduled the next day for the repairs and parts replacement. Not much else to say, the job was done at the agreed upon price + tax, and I have a garage that opens and closes, and you can barely hear it.

Google5Webster’s Garage Door did an amazing job on my garage door today. Had to have the top section replaced and he did a fantastic job. Since dealing with Mario over a week ago, I found him to be very reliable, fair, quick to get work done and just an overall great person to deal with. I would Webster’s Garage Door and Mario highly. He is easy to get a hold of, returns texts and e-mails in a timely manner and is very friendly and easy to talk to. He gets the job done fast and for a fair price. There was no pressure involved and he even gave me (4) different estimates to let me choose the one I wanted and the one I could afford and did not try to sell me something I didn't need (to the owner of Webster’s Garage Door, this is the right way to build reputation!!). When you can trust someone, you will use them again and recommend them and again and I will definitely use Webster’s Garage Door again for any garage door work. Thanks Mario. Appreciate your honesty and integrity. If I could have given you 100 stars, I would have.

Google5Because Jose 💪 was so kind in 2016 to diagnose over the phone why my garage door wasn't closing and told me how to fix it at no charge, Webster’s Garage Door Repair was the company in Webster to call, as my main spring broke. But because I have a garage full of stuff, there was almost no room to get ladders in. However Jose💪 found a way. He was prompt in arriving, efficient in doing the job amidst hardly any space, innovative in repairing bent metal and adding a strip of rubber to the bottom of the door AND provided a new steel cable to one side, as the original one was beginning to come apart. I had also asked him about a new garage door and he told me my door would be fine and not to waste my money (Honesty in 2023?!). Jose 💪 was more than reasonable with his price and it's no wonder that Webster’s Garage Door Repair receives all the 5 star reviews they do. I couldn't ask for a better contractor to repair a garage door in Webster and would never use anyone else.

Google5Mike did an excellent job on my garage door repair all completed within 2 hours of my urgent call. The door was hit and needed to be straightened and put back on the track. Mike was respectful and professional and my door now works better than ever. I highly recommend Webster Garage Door Repair for your garage door needs. Great workmanship at a fair price.

No charge, not trying to repair something that isn’t broken, just a link to a YouTube video tutorial that shows how to make a garage door close when it seems like nothing will. Thank you so much for the help. This review is that many will know that Patrick from Webster’s Garage Door Repair is an honest person with good heart. They proved that it Is not all about money. Yelp5Turned our broken garage door into a door we are using 3-4 a day. If I knew it will only cost us $250 to get the door to work again as well as the motor I would do that long time ago. I was convinced we need a new door, and I can't afford new door during this time. Thank to Webster's overhead I got the old working again and only cost us $250.

Yelp5Can't get any better it terms of how fast they operate and how good they are with repairing garage doors. Called at 8 AM asking what to do if I can't open the garage and my car is locked inside. No need to worry, we are sending someone your way as we speak. Exactly 18. Minutes later the door to our garage was open and my car was out. I am speechless. True locals in Webster, very professionals, and even good looking Lolol I hope I won't have to, but if I do I know I am going to call Webster overhead door repair to service our garage door next time we will be experiencing issues.
