Yelp4Had a broken main spring for the door. They were on time and very efficient. Serviced my door and even checked out my second garage door. Good job. I would definitely call them again.

Yelp5Jesse called within an hour of my post. We set up an appt the next day. He travelled over 50 miles. Jesse was on time and did a great job of fixing the garage door. I highly would recommend him to anyone

Yelp5I contacted Access Door Masters through Yelp. Jesse was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. My appointment was set up within a day and at a time that was convenient for me. Day of the installation, Jesse arrived on time and reviews the existing garage door. He explained everything to me thoroughly and didn't try to up-sell me stuff I didn't need. He pointed out a few things that might need replacement later down the road to make me aware. Jesse was clean and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the service and Liftmaster product he provided. Yelp5First, and most importantly, these guys dropped everything to get down here to help me on a Sunday night, just for starters. Second, a previous house call made by another company which will remain unmentioned tried to sell me a complete new garage door opening system on my two-year-old product, plus labor. And finally number three: Jesse from Access Door Masters showed up and within 10 minutes had the system just simply re-coded and programmed- DONE . Then and there I told them that they owned my business from here on in-as they deserved. Good people, no gouging, instant response on a Sunday, and above all knowledgeable and precise work. Call these guys-and if you get some dire diagnosis from some other Yahoo, call these guys before you make the mistake I almost did. Thanks Jesse!

Yelp5Contacted needing a new opener. They got back to me in minutes set up an appointment for later this evening. Called to let me know that the current project was going to be a little longer than they had anticipated and did I want to still do it today or if it was going to be too late for us he would get us in tomorrow. Today worked for us. When he arrived he quickly assessed the situation, explained what besides the new opener he felt would be a good idea to take care of while he was there. Mostly lubrication and adjustment of some of the rollers, because it had been a few years since I had performed any maintenance on the door (OK substitute for a few years, to I can't remember when). Good communications, better than fair price, fast service, what more can you ask for? Also he had the opener I needed, this is important as of 7/1/ 2019 all new garage door openers sold in California MUST have a battery backup system built in.

Yelp5Jesse called me this morning within 15 min of my having indicated a need for garage door repair on Angie's List. We made an appointment for the window 12n - 2p today. Jessie and his helper Xavier called about 1140a to let me know they were about 20 min away, and arrived shortly after 12n. After examining the door and opener, he explained the problem, and told me what it would cost to fix it, including full maintenance on the opener, and re-tension on the spring. He said he could also replace the rollers - the old rollers were worn out and squeaked and shrieked every time the door was opened or closed. All for a very reasonable price. Which I accepted and the work was completed with 45 min. The door now opens and closes almost silently. I am very pleased with the work Jesse performed. He is a very personable young man whom I recommend highly to anyone needed garage door repair. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Yelp5Jesse reached out to me the same day and was able to schedule me in that evening to replace the broken door spring. While he was here, he also replaced the roller wheels, lubed the joints, replaced the bottom door seal, and rebalanced the entire door. He was very up front about the work he was going to do and his prices were good. Great work, friendly service. I will hire Jesse again for any future garage door needs.
