On Feb 4th, 2026 I had my liftmaster wall mounted garage door opener upgraded The installer noted the shaft bearings needed replacement and I agreed they were rather loose In addition, the wheels that guided garage door were worn out needed to be replaced. I requested the torsion springs be replaced All the aforementioned were offered as "options" but made sense to address them In addition all the hand held remotes and even my new 2025 Toyota Corolla rearview mirror Remote garage door opener were configured for me at no additional charge I figured at this time installer probably should just move in LOL Results of the new installation was a super quiet door on rollers and easy to lift using the emergency pull down chain. I would have to give "kudos" to liftmaster for their MYQ Model 98022 garage door opener, it was the latest version.

Brandon and Gabriel provided outstanding service from the initial consultation to installation to a follow up visit to address very minor issues with garage door. We live in San Francisco and needed a custom garage door for a small, old Victorian home. We were willing to go with a custom wood door, but were encouraged to go with an insulated steel door for safety and maintenance reasons, even though the recommended steel door was half the cost. The honesty, integrity, and professionalism of both gentlemen was very much appreciated. Terrific experience all around.

Our garage door broke today. It took Precision Garage Door Sacramento Valley less than one hour from the time I called to have a Technician at our home. Nick called to say he was on his way. We received a picture, and we were able to track him to our home. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of my questions and gave advice. Excellent customer and professional service. Unfortunately I had to deal with broken garage door opener on a Saturday night. I was wondering who would be open to fix my garage door on the weekend with little notice. I searched through Google and came upon Precision Garage Door. I couldn't believe the website said they are available 24 hours. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day with a morning appointment. I didn't expect a quick response via text on a confirmation of my appointment and specific instructions on what needs to be done prior to their visit, a description on what the technician will wear to identify themself as an employee of the company. Prior to the technician arriving I received a text from Precision Garage with the technician name (Caleb) and his arrival time. Caleb arrived at our home and assessed the issue on our garage door opener. He stated he was able to repair the problem but my husband and I wanted to look into possibly replacing the unit since it was already 24 years old. Caleb was very professional and explained to us the various models from Liftmaster, horsepower, chain vs cable that would work best with our garage door. He explained what needed to be replaced now and possibly in the future. Since we decided to make the investment with our double car garage, why not replace the single car door opener too. I was expecting to schedule another appointment for install but he said no need. He had the needed supplies to replace both units. I couldn't believe. He was able to install both garage door openers in 4 hours. The work was done professionally and clean. He was able to explain how each unit works, the special features it has and how to operate it. Thank you Caleb for the excellent installation and taking the time to explain to us in detail what each unit can do besides opening and closing the garage door. Overall, Precision Garage Door is wonderful company to work with to address your garage door needs.

Wow! Thank you ADVANCE GARAGE DOOR for saving us today! The spring on our garage door broke this morning making it inoperable and leaving my car trapped inside. We called ADVANCE GARAGE DOOR and within one hour a service man was at our home! Our service man worked quietly and efficiently and cleaned all debris from our garage. Called on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend after 4:30 pm . My garage door was hanging off rails and stuck half open. Edgar responded in less than an hour and was at my house in 30 min. The service was very good. Jeffrey took the time to install and connect all our openers via car(s). It's been about 3 weeks now and the opener is working well. The only issue was a lack of communication. We were waiting for the technician at the appointed time but when no one showed up I ended up calling. Jeffrey did come later in the day. Our door came off the tracks and wouldn't close on a Sunday morning around 9 am. I called around and these guys were the only ones who said they were available to come out same-day. I was relieved when I got a call back saying he could be there in just about an hour since both my wife and I had to leave for the day and couldn't have our garage sitting open while we were gone. Edgar showed up promptly, gave me a quick quote that was surprisingly affordable, and said he'd be done in 30 minutes! I used them to have my garage installed. A year later the brand new garage system is not working well. I asked them to look into it and they resisted. When I finally convinced them to come, they claim it's fine when I kept telling them it's not working well. They left not doing anything and I have a garage door that won't work. So now I have to hire another company to fix it. Never again.

Garage door wouldn't stay closed. Got an appointment within an hour of calling Advance. Sebastian was prompt. He tried troubleshooting problem. Once he further assessed issue, he took pictures & showed me the damage to the unit due to age, wear & tear. He returned the next morning (on time) and replaced the old opener in a timely fashion. The cost for the unit and installation was reasonable. Sebastian was very pleasant, professional, and neat. He thoroughly cleaned up after the installation and removed the old opener and parts. They gave me window of 2-4. No one showed up and I called them back around 4:45. The operator said he went to wrong house and still would be there. He showed up around 5:45. Recommended replacing broken spring and other spring as well. He went to truck to get springs and realized he did not have all the tools for the job. I eventually was able to find a steel rod in the garage that he was able to use to tension the springs. So eventually he was able to complete job. Services Rendered: Called them to replace broken torsion spring on garage door.

We called at 5:00 pm when we unable to close the garage door. We talked with the owner on the phone and he reassured us that he would fix the garage that night. The technician then called us to update his arrival time, letting us know that he would be at our house at 6:15 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and let us know that he could fix it then and there. He replaced parts, put on new wheels, and lubricated the joints. It is now running smoothly and quietly. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and he worked quickly. He went above and beyond and even showed us how to program our entry key exterior panel. The price for his quick service, parts and labor was more than fair. The technician went out of his way to make this emergency service call, even after his shift had ended. Services Rendered: The wheels on our automatic garage door came off the tracks and one of the broke. We were unable to close the garage door.

Excellent service. Friendly, responsive, professional, punctual and beyond a good job. They were even willing to install our "old" automatic garage door motor into the neighbors at a very fair price. They then did some tune ups for them just as a courtesy. Great family business!! Services Rendered: Removed old door (and hauled it away) and put in new garage door with a current updated wi-fi motor! We paid extra for windows and insulation and are so glad we did. It's already more efficient. Super quiet too! Great job!
