Google5All Pro Overhead saved me! My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. It was a Saturday and I had somewhere I needed to be and had called a couple of places who couldn’t come until Monday. I explained my situation and the urgency and they were so helpful! They got someone to my house quickly, charged very reasonable rates, and promptly replaced the spring. Both the individual who came to my house and the one on the phone were very helpful and professional. Thank you!

Google5The experience from start to finish was perfect. The return phone call, the scheduled appt, arrived on time, the explanation of what was broken. And the repair was very reasonable priced. My situation was an emergency, my garage door was half opened and jammed. It happened at night, he was here 1st thing in the am. Excellent service!!!!

The experience was honest, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. I explained the issue in detail and was immediately provided with a clear, upfront total cost that included both parts and labor—no surprises. That level of transparency is refreshing and builds instant trust. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. That customer-forward approach always wins in my book and is exactly why All Pro will be my go-to for future service. The total cost was very reasonable, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. For context, the other garage door companies I contacted for quotes were disappointing by comparison: • Olympus Pocket Garage Door provided a quote that was significantly overpriced and required a service fee just to come out and give an estimate. That business model felt unreasonable, and I had little confidence the price wouldn’t increase once they arrived. • California Garage provided a confusing quote. The representative was unable to clearly communicate a total cost and instead itemized every charge, which made the process unnecessarily complicated. All Pro stood out clearly from the rest. Highly recommended.

Google5This is the second time they have come out to work with us. I called and they picked up after regular work hours. We were able to communicate through voice and text with little delay. They were able to fit me in on a Saturday (I called Friday evening) morning and everything was done 10 minutes before the projected time. They fixed the spring on my garage door and were able to answer a few questions I had about maintenance. Reasonable pricing and prompt service. Would use them again.

He is always on time, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The installation are done quickly and the new doors look amazing and operate perfectly. Google5Very happy with their services! I called on a Friday night and left a voice message. Igor called right back and was professional and prompt. When I explained the situation, he knew exactly what was wrong and gave a general estimate. He gave a two hour timeframe for when his repairman could come. The next day, the repair man called me to give me a 15 minute heads up, which was very helpful. Upon arrival, He explained the costs and our options and didn’t try to upsell us. He fixed the spring within half an hour and greased the tracks as well. Cost was $300 total which is average cost to replace a spring. They take cash, credit and checks. I will definitely use them again and was very impressed by how professional Igor was and what a good job they did and that they didn’t try to upsell us. Highly recommend.

Google5Fantastic experience! They were prompt, quick, and incredibly thorough. The technician knew exactly what he was doing, efficient quality work. Replaced both springs and rollers along with fine tuning everything and balancing. Pricing was fully transparent with a firm estimate given over the phone. Excellent communication, super responsive, and very affordable. I loved the whole experience and highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be telling my neighbors!

Angi5Igor is the person who came out on each call. He's professional, efficient, and responsive. When my garage door opener unexpectedly failed in December 2012, he was able to come out the same day I called in order to replace it. He's obviously very experienced as he completed the job quickly and without any problems. When I needed the garage door weatherstripping replaced in March 2015, I sent him a cell phone photo of my existing weatherstripping. From the photo, he was able to determine the type of replacement weatherstripping needed and to also quote me a price. This made it easy and efficient to receive a quote. Again, Igor handled the installation very quickly and easily. This is the second time I've had to replace the weatherstripping. The first time it was replaced in 2005 by a different service provider, and I think All Pro Overhead did a much better job than the first service provider. Services Rendered: All Pro Overhead replaced my garage door opener in December 2012 and replaced the weatherstripping on my garage door in March 2015.

Service man called and said he could come early if we were available. He did the job in less than a half our and door worked great. Appreciated that he did the work for the quoted price with no add on selling . Services Rendered: Replaced two torsion springs
