The entire team did an exceptional job on my repair. I submitted an online request Saturday night. By Monday morning, they had called me and scheduled me for repair that afternoon. Martin came out and despite the door being in horrible condition, he fixed it in less than hour. Afterwards, he took the time to educate me on maintenance best practices and safety tips.

Absolutely amazing from the moment I called. I can't say enough good about this company called next morning my door was fixed by 9:30. Not only that every aspect t of my garage door was destroyed off track on both sides, both cables completely off door was bent in the middle the sensor wasn't plugged in the rails that hold the garage door on both sides were not even attached and they didn't charge me anything other than the initial coming out fee and 10 bucks for a roller that needed to be replaced the guy Martin literally came over and put everything back together in about 30 minutes absolutely fantastic person and fantastic company I can't recommend it enough. Ramon was professional, proficient and patient! He was able to effectively troubleshoot and explain what happened (and the cause of the misalignment). Even though he fixed the garage door quickly and efficiently, he took the time to fully diagnose and evaluate both my garage doors. He went over and above by preventing any further deterioration to the other door which I so appreciated. He did not scare me into any further or additional service saying my current 21 year old motor was going to die or apply any slick sales incentives pressuring me to upgrade. He patiently answered all my questions, showed me how to best clean the tracks, and said when I am ready, I can get a free quote for more options and information later. His honesty and expertise definitely won my patronage for future work.

I've called Overhead Door when I needed something fixed with my garage. Each time, the response time, service, and cost was very good, if not excellent. Luckily in the over 30 years I've had my house, it has been maybe 3 times. Each time the person who comes out has not tried to sell me an upgrade or try to do anything beyond what I needed. The repair cost is usually less than anticipated. Had a spring break this weekend, made a call, left a message and got a call this morning and got it fixed already. The cost to repair the spring was very reasonable and Brandon who came out, was a very nice, knowledgeable and told me about the options so that I could make an informed decision on how to get the repair done in a cost effective manner. Overhead is definitely my go to company and a thank you to Brandon!

Today I return home to find my garage door didn't open. After opening the house garage door I could see the broken spring. Luckily the original sticker on the door was still there. Overhead Door company. They answered the phone promptly and scheduled same day service. 1 hour later, Nickolas G showed up. Total pro, and great customer service that I don't see often. And a totally fair price. Great job, made my day.

We had a door installed by them and, after just over a year (just past the garage door warranty), the door cracked near the pull arm since it was not reinforced and one of the windows shattered. Zach and the team were very responsive in getting the replacement part special ordered. Zach was helpful in getting the issue resolved and worked with us to come to a fair resolution. They are a good company to work with with responsive customer service.

Called this morning as our garage door would not go up, leaving us with no cars as they are both in the garage. Very nice guy that I gave all my info to. He said someone would be out be between 11:00 and 1:00. We waited until 1:30 and no call, no show... finally showed up about 1:50 and we let them know we called another company as we had no communication and the office closed at noon. We had no idea if anyone was still coming. No apology and didn't care much. Poor customer service. Called Precision overhead door and within 10 minutes received a call that they were on their way and would be to us in about 20 minutes. Not sure how Overhead door would have done on repair, but their customer service is seriously lacking and cost them the job.

We had a VERY positive experience with Overhead. A few days after I called, a great guy came out and replaced the bottom seal and retainer on our door which was all we originally needed. But in checking the rest of the door's function, he discovered the spring wasn't tight enough. It would have been very easy for him to convince us to buy a new one, but instead he tightened our existing one, and now of door is working so much better than it ever has! I also liked the fact this company offered us the choice of buying the retainer and seal so we could DIY. We decided to pay the extra money to have a professional install it, and I'm so glad we did!

They offered me the home show price even though the estimate I got was in July. Zach came out and took all measurements, discussed options, and stayed in touch as I asked questions. The installation went very smoothly overall, and the unit runs very quietly. A week after installation, the door came down on my car without any action on my part. The result was damage to car spoiler and two panels of garage door. My efforts to contact the appropriate person at the company to discuss the problem, but only resulted in the run around. After several attempts, I contacted owner, David Leesha to seek compensation for damages. Owner came out corrected wires that were dangling, and tested the door opener. He could not identify source of problem and refused responsibility for damages. Following additional discussion, Mr. Leesha offered to compensate me for the garage door, but not to my car. Although he stated that the offer was one of goodwill, I felt that his offer was acknowledgement of fault. I accepted his offer, filed a claim with my auto insurance and paid my deductible. Because I did nothing to cause the door to close, I feel that the damages were due to either improper installation or malfunction of the opener. Good luck if you hire this company. I highly recommend the Sac Overhead Door Co. When we bought our house, it came with the door they had installed when new and we have used them for service calls over the years. They have proven to be TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE AND TOTALLY TRUSTWORTHY. They work with you to see if the job might be covered by warranty. If not, they don't take advantage but their charge is reasonable. I highly recommend. Services Rendered: Fixed garage door on same day as service request. No charge because on warranty.

Zach went above and beyond to have it fix e d and worked with the factory to have a custom panel made for us. I cannot say enough about them, the employees, and the quality of the work.
