Yelp5Ray came out the same day, in the evening, to fix our garage door. We live out in the middle of nowhere so anticipated having to wait longer but it was a nice surprise that we didn't have to. Fair pricing, knowledgeable. Called us prior and had my husband take a photo of the problem so he had the correct parts when he showed up. Quick and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Yelp5I met Ray when he came by my shop marketing his company. He didn't just drop a flyer and leave, but actually stayed to talk and check out my setup. I had been meaning to service my roll up doors myself, as they were getting pretty hard to roll up and down, but on the list of many things to do, this was towards the bottom. Him showing up was perfect timing, so I set up an appt for that Saturday. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the appt so we rescheduled for the next week. He was prompt to show up and took care of my doors in a timely manner. The doors ended up needing some parts, and he carried all the spares in his truck, so I didn't have to wait for any parts. He also came after hours, which was great as I am constantly driving cars in and out during business hours, so no impact on my business. The difference was night and day. The doors roll effortlessly and no longer get stuck. Is he cheap? Is he expensive? I don't know as I didn't shop around. But I was happy with the service I got for the price I paid, so that's a deal to me. Add to that the 24 hour service, and I'll be using him next time I need to do anything with my roll up doors.
