Google5Basem and his team did a wonderful job. They completed the garage door installation quickly and are very responsive even after the fact. The team used top of the line equipment and provided solid options to suit different price ranges. I am fully satisfied and would not hesitate to use the team again. Google5Awesome service. My wife found him through the NextDoor app and told me to call him after comparing his reviews to a few other companies. I am glad I did as my wife asked. Basem was at my house within 1 hour after calling. The problem, torsion spring, was diagnosed very quickly. He went out of his way and even corrected a few issues, free of charge, left by the builder when the house was built as we bought brand new. There were no extra fees or charges. I paid exactly what was quoted before he began the job. He took the time to explain all that he did and in a way I could completely understand and made sure to show me the old parts that he had replaced so I could see for myself the need for repairs. I highly reccomend Basem for ur garage door needs.

Google5Baseem came to our rescue after a freak accident caused out garage door to go off the rail and break in several places. Of course it happened on a Friday night. Found Baseem online and he responded quickly. He was out the next morning, totally fixed the door and replaced the old motor for a reasonable price. He also helped program all the cars and placed a keypad on the exterior! Photos of before and after

Google5Basem showed up at the exact time scheduled! He had our garage door diagnosed within minutes. Installed an additional spring and new rollers, also re- align our tracks within an hour! Very friendly, very kind. I recommend to everybody!!

We have a heavy steel double door that required different springs than originally quoted but he did say it was a possibility when he quoted the job because we thought it was an aluminum door. Actually, we were planning on getting a new door but he told us how good our old door is (its the original) and mentioned that he could fix it. Well, he did and we are very happy since the original is a heavier gauge than we could afford to replace it with.
