Spring broke on garage door at night. Called Overhead Door Company of Salem at 8:30 am next morning. Jake showed up at 3:00 pm and both springs were replaced and garage door working great by 4:00 pm. Jake did an excellent job. Excellent service by Jake and Overhead. In addition they were $179.95 lower than a competitor in Salem. Couldn't be happier. Thanks. ~~ Keith Thompson

Overhead Door Company will be my first line of contact for any garage door problem in the future! They are knowledgeable, timely and professional. Most important, they are nice from start to finish even if there are multiple calls to resolve an issue involving a home warranty company! Tech. Barney was great! Our technician, Jake, Was very friendly knowledgeable and was right on time to the appointment! He quickly and expertly fixed our broken garage door spring, and had our door back in tiptop shape in no time! He also checked our second garage door and did some minor maintenance free of charge just to make sure everything was working like it should. We will definitely be calling Overhead Door Again for any future garage door related needs.

Overhead is such a great company I highly recommend them. The big springs and cables on our door completely broke apart coming home from work on a Friday. I called immediately after hoping I could get an appointment for the following week. They scheduled me for first thing Monday morning a gave me the price which was great, up front. Barney came out to do the job, he really knows his stuff, really knowledgeable and experienced and answered my questions in a way I could understand. It only took about a half hour and the door is quieter than ever. I’m so glad we went with Overhead a truly professional and people friendly organization!

They came out and fixed the problem quick. Apparently unlocking the garage so it can be manual caused the issue to come back so I called them and they have a 30 day guarantee and came back out. They even helped me set up my remotes that I accidentally cleared. First tech was Barney and second was Fredrick and both were amazing. I recommend this company for any of your garage door needs.

This company “fully serviced” my garage door and all I have to show for it is a broken spring. There was no lubrication or maintenance done on tracks, rollers, springs or cables. Everything is dry as a bone. I tried calling but they were terrible to deal with on the phone. Would have given zero stars if possible.
