Yelp5We've used H & M for repairs and new installs. Always have had great service, great prices, and things were done on time. Tonight our large shop door stuck shut. We called Mark, and he had it fixed and adjusted within an hour of the call. Not sure why we would ever call anyone else!

Yelp5They were able to fix our issue in a timely manner and had a great experience. Our motor wasn't working properly and it ended up being an easy fix. Couldn't be happier! Will use them again in the future.

Yelp1I called they sent their son out to do a quote. He left without saying a word to me so I called them. The owner Amy's husband was a real jerk to me short tempered and rude so we went with someone else. I tried explaining our situation to him and he said " I don't really care about any of that". Just really rude right out of the gate! Not recommended!

Yelp5I can't say enough good things about H&M Door. Scheduled to leave town on a Sunday for a family vacation. Saturday morning my truck rolls through the garage door. Leave a message on their office line Sat morning...Less than an hour later get a call back from Amy...they've got my door in stock, can be there Monday, will haul away the damaged door and I can leave the plywood up covering the door and they will remove it, and they don't need anyone to be there to get the job done. Talk about a stress reliever...and they were very reasonable as well! I will send anyone I know their way!

Yelp5We couldn't of had a better experience, Mark and Amy are wonderful to work with and their staff are as well. They are fast, efficient, reliable and super conscientious about quality of work. I work in banking and have many clients that have used H & M Overhead Doors and when I ask them how their experience was, they all say that they are awesome. I especially appreciated the cleanup that was done after the install. I recommend them on a regular basis!

Yelp5We could not be more impressed ! We called and Amy had us set up for the next morning. Andy looked at our garage door and gave us two options for the repair. Tucker came back in the afternoon and repaired the door in short order! He was professional and friendly and the door works like new. If only all business were this good!

Yelp5I called them after our garage door spring broke one night, trapping the cars inside. I called in the morning, and they said they could be at our house by 11:30. They were right on time, but did not have what they needed to fix our different opener type. They helped get the cars out, and came back late that afternoon and did the repair quickly and efficiently. I would call them again, and recommend them highly.

Yelp5These guys are great. We ordered 2 single garage doors that saved us a lot over Costco - almost half the price - even with Costco's $350 rebate they had at the time. I'm sure there is some difference in the material, but what we received is fine for our needs, and there's probably not that much of a difference. Fairly basic four-panel steel and insulated Wayne Dalton doors. Nothing fancy. The team of 3 (Mark, Joe and Andy) arrived on time and got to work immediately. It took them only an hour and 15 minutes to complete the job. They removed the old doors, installed the new ones, tested and tweaked the system and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed (hence this review). These guys don't mess around. Our garage is rather clean, so they had enough room to work easily and quickly. One of the things that I look for is how well the team works together. I couldn't have been more pleased to see that they worked well together and helped each other as needed. It was clear that they have a lot of experience installing residential garage doors. I would definitely recommend H&M Overhead Doors to anyone.
