For the past week, it's been freezing rain, too dangerous to leave your house, I have mail building up, important legal papers with deadlines that I need to address, I'm desperate I think to myself what if I call a handyman service, I call this person who doesn't know me explain to him my situation, he told me that these are tough times when we all need to be here for one another, my dog and I are working on a project as soon as we're done, I will be there, I thought it was too good to be true, it wasn't he came and totally saved me, this guy is real class and if anyone deserves an opportunity from you it's him.

Was looking for a plumber for my mother and glanced at the reviews for this. Decided not to go with this service because of the responses FROM THE OWNER. Not every customer will always be happy, but I’d rather read an owner response that attempts to find a solution to the review rather than a personal attack against the reviewer. That to me says a lot about a business and their level of professionalism, not so much about the reviews themselves. Negative criticism stings, but a positive attitude goes a long way. Unfortunately, that was a deciding factor to not use this company.

Rob has provided handyman work at my house a number of times; always professional and work done well. Just yesterday he was able to come on short notice to replace batteries for 6 smoke detectors located on high ceilings. Pesky things started chirping at 2 a.m. I have recommended him to my neighbors with confidence. And they were happy with his work.

Rob responded when I had a flooding gutter problem- after 5 different handymen said they didn’t have time. I’ve worked with him ever since. There is no one I would trust more - and he can do everything!! From a patio flooding to a broken dishwasher to putting in sump pumps...he is honest, capable and the very best handyman I’ve ever had!! I give him more than 5 stars - he is honest, hardworking and a pleasure to work with!!!!

Extremely unprofessional. Completely unorganized, poor communication skills, and has a hard time keeping a schedule. The work provided was sloppy and had to be corrected by another contractor. We hired him to replace a leaking door and some rotted flooring. After a month of constantly being rescheduled and nobody showing up when scheduled we began to worry about the timeline and the mess he left in our home. When I asked Rob why it was taking so long and when it would be done I was met with hostility and insults. If you're looking for a good contractor look elsewhere. The one we found to clean up the mess this contractor left was very professional, reasonably priced, and did amazing work. Edit: He keeps removing our photos somehow. I will continue to keep this post updated as long as I can. Nobody should do business with this untrustworthy individual.
