Google5Wow! Customer service bar none! Friendly on the phone to completion. Patrick was amazing in getting me a new door..he knew what I wanted better than I did! I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who installed, He was amazing! If you need to garage door or repair, you definitely know who to call!

Google5It's a rarity now to find customer service like this! From the person who answered the phone to the tech who came out to make the repair! What a polite young man and a hard worker! Did not waste anytime and made sure that all was working well and properly serviced and adjusted before he left. All of this at the end of a long day for him and still as cheerful and kind as could be. THANK YOU!!!

Google5We had one of garage doors that was damage last spring and the " fix " finally gave out .. salesman came out by the name of Patrick G. He was very knowledgeable and got back with a quote ( VERY REASONABLE) compared to other quotes I thought he was joking ..theirs was a lot lower wow the difference in customer service from others awesome .. a tech showed up yesterday by the name of John I believe was very friendly ( even loved on my dog) and repaired the door until we get the new one .. did it under the quote time and big difference In The quote .. call this company first don't waste your time or $ with the others .. even the woman who answers the phone is amazing!!!

Google5The garage door is beautiful and the garage opener is so quiet. I love it! John and Chris did an amazing job installing it and were very efficient. They were also very polite. I would recommend Cheney Door Co. to everyone. They were print in returning my call and setting up an appointment.
