Google5Called on a Monday for servicing of my garage door which, as far as I know, had not had any maintenance performed on it for at least five years. Ryan showed up at 0900 the next day, and in less than an hour had the door operating like new. Very impressed with this company, and can strongly recommend it.

Google5A day before thanksgiving, I was so busy as you know. I opened my garage door then got in my van. Started my van, I checked my back camera, backing up my van, it heard boom lol. I slammed in to bottom of my garage door. I guess it was error, I was panicking because first happen in my life, I have so many things to do. I googled garage door in sequim. I called one all booked, seems don't want to help me, I called advance garage door, the lady said that they're all book as well, gave me different company numbers and call them but call her back if non of them are available. Failed. I called her back, a bird came into in the garage, I'm scared of birds. I was even more panicking at that time lol. I almost crying explaining the situation, she calm me down, and so friendly for a while. She said she will call Jeff and see, called me an hour or so. She actually called me, said Jeff can be here between 1-5pm and explained price. I waited until a little passed 4pm, called her again, is he still coming?( still a little prancing mode) She said he will. I asked is he going fix it so I can close the door because of rotten, birds. She said he will. Jeff showed up 4:30, he immediately started work on. Oh my, he was so so nice,friendly, he knows South Korea. He slammed as much as he can, adjust everything. He said our garage door too old for replace of bottom section. But he promised me he will looking for it. I'm truly recommend this company. I'm so thankful for Jeff and the lady who answer the phone. Price was reasonable. I'm going to stop by Monday their office for pay money and gift for Jeff.

Google5We had plans to go out of town and help care of someone just out of the hospital. When we tried the garage door it wouldn't open. It turned out one of the springs broke. I called Advanced Door Systems. Their office helped identify the problem over the phone by asking a few questions. They then said they would get back to me with a repair timeline as soon as possible. Within an hour I received a call to tell me that Jeff would be able to come take a look and get the car out of the garage at the very least. He arrived within another hour and was able to complete all the repairs necessary. He had everything he needed to do the repairs with him. I couldn't ask for more. Everything was repaired within three hours of the first phone call and the door works better than ever.

Google5Jeff installed my new garage door, opener and key pad and took the old ugly one away. He was efficient and worked clean. When he came to give me a quote, there was no high pressure or up-selling. I highly recommend the company.

Google5After dealing with another local door company that quoted me thousands of dollars to replace a 16ft garage door, Advanced Door System's tech Jeff came out and repaired the same door for a couple hundred in under an hour. I can't thank you enough for your professional and quick service. I am surprised, delighted and relieved to have such an honest company in my area. I fully recommend them.
