Google5I had estimates from a few different window companies, and Advanced Custom was one of the easiest to work with! The entire process was easy, and the staff are very kind and considerate. I had requested 2 specialty windows,they were delivered and installed along with the rest of the windows with the house. The crew was professional and efficient, and it looked like there wasn't any install done by the time they left. Highly recommend!

Google5My sister and I recently had Advanced Windows to come out to Miles to replace all the windows in our mom’s home. I have to tell you we are so very satisfied with the new ones. The owner and staff couldn’t not have been nicer. Charles, Andrew, Clay and Wayne were so respectful. I have never a seen a group of guys who cleaned up after themselves so we’ll. Even cleaned the windows and took off tags when they were finished . They also did some small repairs that they didn’t have too. I can’t brag on these guy enough. And the results are soooooo nice. Thanks so much. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We researched several options before moving forward with our home’s much needed window replacements and are very pleased we chose Advanced Custom Windows for the project. Charles provided candid and helpful answers to all of our questions and Whitney kept us informed on all updates throughout the process. The installation team led by Andrew was courteous and presented professional and upbeat/ positive demeanors. The team is very talented (great problem solvers to surprise issues that came up). The team went out of their way to ensure all was completed to perfection and cleaned up debris as they moved from one window installation to the next. We are very pleased with our new energy efficiency windows. The made in Texas windows not only look great but function well with security and easy cleaning features. We feel very confident in referring family and friends to Charles and his team!

Yelp1Had these guys install new windows, soffits and facia in my house out at Robert Lee. Communication was horrible. I had to have them come out several times to fix the unprofessional job they did and the billing was a nightmare. They billed me for incorrect things and I'm still dealing with it 6 months later

Yelp2Ordered a door with window on the side and a screen for the patio, they came out a put everything up but forgot the the screen. It took them 10 months before they came out a second time to put the screen up, they after they left they called a few hours later saying they forgot to put a piece on the screen that holds it in place to they are going to have to come out again. They excuse as to why it to took them 10 months to finish the job was because they lost my phone number. Even though they supposedly didn't have my number they sill somehow managed to keep track of address but didn't send me a letter about why it was taking so long to finish the job. My advice if you want the window or door installed on time I would suggest not using this company and just go with someone else.

Yelp5I like these folks here. I was referred to the by a residential builder, but they provide doors that are good for commercial/industrial use as well. They are competitively priced, and it's easy to do business them. The residential windows the retail are made in Texas, so that's cool.
