Greg, the tech for A1 did an outstanding job in performing the tune up for the garage door. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why it was important. He was very friendly and represented his company very well. He never pressured us to do any unnecessary repairs and gave us the cost for things that someday we may need to replace. Greg was very honest and trustworthy. Next time we call A1 we are going to request him by name. He got five stars but his service deserves ten stars.

I want to thank A1 and Armad, especially for getting to the source of my garage door issue and repairing it. After three companies quoted me prices for new systems, A1 was the only company that checked my original system first and discovered that it was still operational and repairable. I had been under the assumption from a company two years earlier that my door was unfixable and I would have to replace it. I just so appreciate not having to incur expensive replacement costs before my equipment and I were ready for that. I set myself up with A1 on an annual maintenance contract because this experience with them makes me trust that they have my best interest in mind.

We had been having issues with our Garage Door, it was not opening all the way, sometimes half-way sometimes less. So we called around and A1 Garage Door Service sent Joshua Hernandez. No service fee for new customers. Background, we have been in our home for 25 years same garage door opener. We had to replace our spring Pre-covid. So Josh did his assessment had me meet him the garage where he explained everything to me, so that I could understand what he was talking about. We had one spring versus two springs which helps the motor work easier and less wear and tear. The spring we had was not even rated for the size and weight of our door. So I had him do the work and we were amazed at how much quieter and gentler our garage door worked. No excessive jerking or slamming as it closed. He was easy to work with and went to great lengths to make sure we understood everything that needed to be done. He finished the work and called me out again, garage was clean no mess, he proceeded to tell us all he had done. He opened and closed the garage and had me do it from the keypad and both our vehicles to ensure there would be no issues once he left. Awesome service, they do have 5% Senior/AAA/Military discount.

David was fantastic. Called beforehand to let me know how far out he was. Then texted when he arrived. Very professional and helpful. He walked me through everything and even got my old remote connected with the new motor. The price of the overall installation did seem a big high (for basic standard motor - $989) but David did a fantastic job getting it installed. I highly recommend, esp. because the last garage door people who came out didn't point out some of the issues that David was very knowledgeable about.

Our garage door came off track the evening before service causing it not to close. Needing to get to work for the day, I called A-A and surprisingly Daniel answered at the very early hour of 5:00am. He made arrangements to service the door and stated he would arrive between 9:00-9:30am. He was at the house just a little after nine, assessed the problem and provided a fair price prior to starting the work. He promptly made the necessary repairs and tested to door to ensure that it worked correctly. He was very pleasant and professional; I would definitely call him again for garage door repair work. He found the problem and the work was scheduled for the next day. Dan and his son, Dorian, arrived as scheduled. Both of them were very professional, courteous, friendly, efficient and hard working. They completed the work in 1 hour. Dan is a man of quality. He's very honest and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Highly reputable. Called mid morning to see if they could fix the garage door opener the same day. The only time slot available was 7:30 pm which was fine with me. He said he would call if he had any cancellations. He called back at 2:30 and stated he would be able to drop by in 30-45 minutes. He was very punctual and professional. He offered to fix it another day but referred me to the contractor who installed the system. Although I did not use this company, I will keep them in mind for future garage door emergencies. Services Rendered: Checked the garage door opener but unfortunately he could not fix it on the spot. He stated he would have to order the part which would take a few days. Referred me to the service contractor who initially installed the door.
