Yelp5Jessie was great. He replied to my request immediately. I told him what type of garage door I had (single car size). He quoted me a price and told me unless something was different, quote would not change. Made a date to come measure door and confirmed price which included door, rails, springs and hardware and taking away all old material. He then called me with time to do the actual work, he was able to work with my day off schedule (cuz I was not available at the soonest he could do the work). He arrived at time he said. Told me it would take a few hours (actual work time was 3 hours and about 1 hour for clean up). I would highly recommend his company for his honesty and work ethic.

Yelp5This is a long overdue review, but awhile back my garage door's cable came off and scared me to death. Thankfully I was able to get a ballpark estimate after sending photos of my garage door in its current state and was able to get a pretty accurate quote compared to the others I called. They came out the next day (because it was the evening when I was discussing the issue) and took care of it with the exact quote they provided over the phone from the photos. Will definitely reach out again if I ever have any issues with the garage door.

Yelp5Have been in my house for 25 years. Things are starting to finally give out. Garage door failed to open, and after a little look-see, I noticed that the spring had broken. Did an online search for garage door repair and was directed to an inquiry page. Listed as top 5 garage repair companies in San Antonio. I filled out the questionnaire, and it automatically sent my request for service to all 5. Jesse from Dapper Dudes responded first within 10 or 15 minutes. Jesse said he could give me a quote via text. So I sent him a few pics, and he responded with an out the door price as promised. He also said he could fit me in the very next day. A few others responded after, but they advised they would have to come out and take a look before they could quote me a price or that they would call me tomorrow. The tomorrow guy couldn't even come close to Jesse's fee, so I advised I already have someone booked for today, but thanks for calling. All in all, Jesse took a total of 45 minutes to complete the work. Dapper Dude's I'm happy to say will get my recommendation and FIVE STARS for a job well done. Thank you, Jesse.

Yelp5I sent out a request for quotes to replace my garage door, and Jesse with Dapper Dudes responded quickly. He was the only responder who first wanted to come out and view the project to see if could be repaired before selling me on a new door. I was pretty dead set on replacing the door, but certainly appreciated Jesse's honest review even though it could have cost him a larger project. It was extremely easy to get on his schedule after he evaluated the project and we discussed scope/price, and he was punctual, arriving right at the promised time to begin. The removal of the old door and installation of the new went extremely fast and the job was completed in an afternoon with cleanup and everything. New door looks great, job site was cleaned up, and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work and how pleased I was with Jesse and Dapper Dudes. Highly, highly recommend them for anything you may need done for your garage!

Yelp5I called the 24 hour service at 7am and got the owner Jesse. He was able to get me Scheduled right away so I was able to get to work on time. He was polite even if I woke him up. I highly recommend dapper dudes the customer service was exceptional and the price was reasonable.
