Google5We really improved our curb appeal by getting a new garage door with Hollywood Crawford. They made the sales process easy and after shipping (about 2 weeks) they were able to install it in less than 5 hours. I had a crack in my framing so they replaced all of the border trim and put a vinyl siding on it to keep the external air out of the garage. I'm excited about this because my tools have been rusting up in my garage and I may be able to put my golf clubs out there again. Jonathon was great in the sales process. Norman and Matt were awesome on install. Through and through they showcased expertise and professionalism. I'll continue to praise Hollywood Crawford and recommend others use them too.

Google5I went by Hollywood-Crawford because my cable on my garage door snapped. I make an appointment with them for someone to come out and repair my cable. While there I checked out their display of garage doors. They had a large selection of many style doors as well as different garage door openers. Some are controlled by an app and come with a camera. The person showing me around demonstrated how his worked on his phone. The day of the appointment two techs came by and looked at my damage. They were courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. They even explained things such springs and wheel differences. They repaired my cable with a new system and replaced all my wheels with quieter ones. At the end they left a bottle of spray oil and showed me where to spray twice a year. All this was done in about an hour. It was obvious that they were skilled in their trade. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

Google5Mike and Gunner were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood the cost (very reasonable), what they would do and explained how to work everything before they left. I was very pleased with them and their work. Recommend Hollywood Crawford and especially Mike and Gunner. Very enjoyable experience!

Google5One of my garage doors wasn't working right. I called, they showed up when promised, assessed my really old opener and determined it was time to replace it - no surprise to me. The tech was professional and courteous, not pushy at all. He gave me several options, I made my decision, he installed the new opener right then (not weeks later), tuned up my other doors, double checked everything.... I honestly don't know what more he could have done! Simply amazing. If half of the service companies I work with were as good as these guys the world would be a better place. Thanks for the great service!

Google5I tried to leave earlier today and my garage door wouldn't open nor would it open manually. I called Hollywood Crawford who had put in a great new garage door opener for me last summer. They said they would get someone out today for sure even though they were booked. Sure enough Michael called me and said he was coming thankfully! He called b4 coming and got here and immediately told me I had a broken spring (not related to the new opener). It was 23 yrs old so I guess I got my moneys worth! So he replaced that and changed out these wire metal looking cables at the end of each side of the door too since they were very worn. Then he gave me some garage door spray and showed me exactly where it should be sprayed every 6 months. He also showed me a feature in my garage door opener I didn't even remember I had! Then he tested it to make sure it was working properly b4 he left and was very explanatory about every single thing he did. He was not upset about having an extra job to do either on an emergency call late in the day. Michael was really great and he is someone I will request next time I need something for my garage door. Excellent job and very happy customer!

Google5I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received and would highly recommend Hollywood-Crawford Door Company for your garage door needs. The crew that installed my new garage door arrived on time and made certain that everything was operating properly before they left my property. When I had an issue later that day with my other garage door, the company even sent an employee to determine what had happened with it. He made sure that it too was operating properly before he left. I also received a telephone call a few weeks later to be certain that everything was still operating properly. My experience with the company has been a very positive one!

Google5I was getting ready to take my dogs to the groomer. Around 11am. It was raining so decided to go out via the garage door. Noticed that the garage door was stuck & would not close. Called Hollywood Crawford at noon. Technician named Benjamin was at my house a little after 4pm and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. He was very courteous and helped me put my plants back in the garage when he was done. I definitely appreciated his assistance with my plants as well as being able to resolve my garage door issue. Great service and pricing was reasonable. Thank You

Google5My torsion spring broke this morning (a Saturday) and Brandon came out same day and replaced it quickly! The service was super affordable and he explained everything he was doing and taught me how to take care of the garage door to make it last even longer. Thanks Brandon and Hollywood-Crawford for helping me out!
