Google5Parrish & Company has serviced our gas fireplace (heatilator) and did a great job with the annual maintenance which included cleaning the glass enclosure. Lights up beautifully. Fire and logs/embers looks great. Glass looks clean.

Google2We purchased two fireplaces from Parrish & Co when we were building our home and guest house in 2017. The fireplaces were a Napoleon and a Wolf Steel (which I believe owns the Napoleon brand). We had Parrish out on service calls maybe three times since the fireplaces were installed. No complaints there. Recently, we had a problem with the Wolf Steel unit. Parrish told us since they no longer handle the brand, they will not service the fireplace. The person I spoke with gave me an excuse about obtaining repair parts when they weren't selling the brand, which I don't understand. I could probably order parts if I wanted to. I think refusing to service something you sold is a very poor business practice. It certainly isn't an approach that will retain customers, or that will yield positive customer reviews. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

Google5Parrish and Company were awesome to work with while building our new home. Pricing and selection were the best around. I purchased a wood burning fireplace and my garage door from Parrish. My salesman, Peter returned calls in a timely manner and was very helpful and kept me up with the project status. The installers were friendly and very professional. I defiantly will use Parrish an Company on my next project and very comfortable referring their services to friends and family.

Google5Parrish does a magnificent job of listening to your needs and then following through. Bernie Hernandez was especially helpful in helping me get extra shelves for my kitchen cabinets. I would recommend Parrish to anyone.

Making selections for my new Japhet home in the Summit was hard but the Parrish team helped me with my cabinets, hardware, appliances, fireplace and more. I am thrilled with my selections. Their showroom is gorgeous, their inventory is exceptional, and their customer service is even better. I highly recommend Parrish & Company!
