Google5Great customer service, first of all, and most important to me. The candy at the front desk sells me every time, lol. They have working sample garage doors with a great selection to experience hands on. All the details were taken care of for me. Wonderful!

Google5I had such a great experience with ADS Garage Doors and Gates Repair. Arturo Ayala was my technician and Justin was the one I spoke with over the phone — both of them were absolutely awesome to work with. What I appreciated most was their honesty. Unfortunately, I’ve had other companies come out, see my ZIP code, and immediately try to overcharge. That was not the case here. They were straightforward, transparent, and very fair. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I first contacted them on a Saturday, and they got back to me that Monday to come out and assess the gate. I was originally scheduled for the following week, but when an earlier opening became available on Thursday, February 12, they called me right away and moved me up. That really showed me how organized and on top of things they are. Everything was maintained and handled properly, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. Arturo was personable, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Justin was responsive, helpful, and made scheduling easy. Overall, they provided excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a company that feels this trustworthy. You can tell they’re doing things the right way. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door or gate repair.

Google5Technician Jorge was on time. He took the time to listen to what I needed as far as the garage door not opening or closing. He was quick to find the problem. Also he recommended maintenance to be done and to replace worn rollers. His service and recommendations were excellent and I’m sure the garage door will last many more years to come. I’ve been with ADS for over 10 years now and I’ve not been disappointed with their products and service!!! 😃

Google5ADS installed our garage door back in 2020 and did a great job, but just recently the main spring on the garage door split, probably from us using our garage as main way of getting in and out of the house. I didn’t even hesitate to call ADS for the repair. They were able to fit me in right away and Jesus showed up, super professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He laid out all my options and provided really clear quotes for each. The prices were completely fair and reasonable! From there, Jesus completed the repair and was in and out in under 2 hours!! He was really great and so easy to work with. Our garage door is now back up and running smoothly!! Highly recommend ADS and Jesus for your garage needs!!!

Google520 years ago ADS installed our automatic garage door. It was an excellent experience back then. So much so that if we ever need servicing, we turned to them and they provided exceptional and honest service. Now that it’s time for a new door, Jesus came out and was very helpful, polite, informative and a delight to work with. We look forward to another long life of a great product with a first class company to install and back it up.

Angi5I called Jerome with an "Emergency". My roll up garage door was off the track and the cable was off. Could not open or close the door. Although Jerome was fully booked, he squeezed me in and came over the same evening. He was very professional, quickly assessed the problem, got it repaired, and my door working. He said all my equipment (cable, springs, etc.) were fine, and only charged me $60 for labor. I highly recommend him. Services Rendered: Repair of inoperable garage door

He has been responsive without any hesitation. He has installed our garage door and door opening unit. He has serviced the spring mechanism, and I have always felt that his prices are fair and his work warranted. Most recently, he replaced an accessory part that had worn out. Jerome, the owner and operator of AA-OK came to our house when scheduled and quickly made the repairs. He was very courteous and professional, and the cost for his service was very fair. Angi5Jerome is great! My garage opener stopped working one night. Jerome stopped by early next morning to take a look. He immediately knew what was wrong (broken part) and assured me that I didnt need a new opener unless I was concerned by the noise. We ordered a garage door from Jerome a decade ago, and we were so impressed that we saved his contact information and called him again when we were ready to remodel. (Our old door was still in great condition and working perfectly, we were just ready for a new look.) The door we wanted this time was difficult to find, but Jerome found what we wanted and charged us a price much lower than any place else we found. Jerome returned calls right away, showed up exactly when scheduled, was professional, helpful and always friendly.
