I had called Garage Door Mart to repair or check on my garage door which would not close. I was told that a technician will come the same day. The technician came around 4 pm and saw there was some work and a wheel broken off. I asked can that wheel be changed only. He said no we have to change all wheels when other wheels were ok. I was quoted $200 for a set of wheels that would cost $25. Then I was told to bring the door down it is lot of work and when I asked I was explained this and that needs to be done. I was present the whole time, the door was brought down fairly quickly and I was charged $300 for just bringing the door down. I felt like a rip off with this company. I am sure I will not be calling them again.

As a property manager, I usually give my repairs to specialists only. Door-Mart Garage Doors send skillful technician Dean the same day replacing torsion springs. Dean is patient polite and easy to communicate. He is a well trained technician and take care of my garage related concern. I noticed his truck is Fully stocked. In addition, I love Door-Mart's customer service and efficient automated message for scheduling. Thank you Dean! I will take advantage for the next service coupon for 10% OFF.

They have responded to my requests for service usually the same day. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We really liked our repairman, Josh. He was very efficient and polite. The day he arrived at our home, he was not diving his regular vehicle and the vehicle he had did not have all of the material needed to do the job. However, he managed to repair our garage and we were very happy customers. Thank you!

A door mart representative arrived at the house on time, gave me two options on how to best remedy situation. Then knocked out the issues in twenty minutes or so. I do carry a home owner warranty, (Old Republic) however they referred us to Performance garage door Riverside, and they told us that someone would call us within 24 hours...Then on Wednesday we ended up calling them, they told us that they couldn't get to us until the following Monday... I was left with no way to get one of the cars out of the garage.. Which I think is a ploy by old republic to get out of their obligation as a warranty provider. So I was very thankful, that door-mart was able to take care of us the same day and quickly.

Door-Mart has done excellent work for me. A year and a half ago the motor for my garage door died and they fixed it right away. Last week a spring broke and they helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and fixed the problem the next work day. Both times, the very knowledgeable worker who arrived has had the needed parts, so there was no delay. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

Door Mart was able to respond to my request quickly and promised to call me 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving so I could leave work and be at the house instead of waiting for 4 hours. They called as promised and the technician arrived within the 30 minutes. The technician was very polite and professional and explained everything he was going to do for the service. The price seemed somewhat reasonable and I would definitely recommend them.

Ryan was awesome. He assessed the problem with our garage door quickly and gave us options and pricing on the spot. He was patient as he talked with both of us, one via cell phone. There was no pressure to make a decision, which helped us decide! The best part was he had everything needed on his truck to do the work right then, no waiting for parts. He completed the work quickly and went above and beyond by looking at our second door for us. The price was very fair and we are thrilled with our new, very quiet, garage door opening system and new spring. We highly recommend Ryan and Door Mart!

We couldn't ask for a better company to fix our garage door. The spring on our garage door broke on Friday night. I called Door-Mart right away and I was given an appointment the very next day between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. I was so impressed that Brent came so early and got the job done in 1/2 an hour. He was so nice and personable. He explained everything to me and was just great. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. He was knowledgeable and just a wonderful guy. I'm rating Door-Mart 5 stars because they are by far the best company that I've ever had to come repair my garage door. They have a lifetime customer!

see above for a detailed description. Services Rendered: My father had a garage door installed by this company. Following a power outage, he could not get the door to function properly, and called this company. They told him that they would need to come out to climb up to push a reset button on the opener, and that they would have to charge him $89, for what they called an emergency fee. My father did not want to pay the $89, so he climbed up onto a ladder to find the reset button. He called them back and said he couldnt see one. They came out and the technician simply pulled the chain and jiggled the door, and POOF, it worked again. That'll be $89 please. Well my father felt ripped off, because he could have pulled the chain and jiggled the door, himself. I phoned the company and explained that they should not have told my father to push a button, which they admitted to me, does NOT EVEN EXIST on this model. I told them that they tricked my dad into having to pay $89 for a service call, that he didn't need to pay, and I asked for a refund. Since we are fair people, and he told me that he had to pay his tech, I agreed to accept the amount, minus what he had to pay his tech. He said he paid him $8. I agreed to be refunded $81, Still, NO. He wanted to give us back $40, which was unacceptable. My dad, on limited income, could have injured himself climbing up on a ladder searching for a button that doesnt even exist. They lied. Then they wanted to give us a voucher for future work. I told him that if he didnt refund the $81, we would not be using their company again, so to keep the voucher. Incidentally, this was the same company that ripped off my 81 yr old aunt in Oakland 1 year ago. She had called for an estimate and trouble shoot on her old garage door. They charged her $39 to come out to see it, and told her she would need an entirely new garage door. I phoned MY favorite garage door company (I dont have the card in front of me, but I think it's called Georges Garage Door Co, out of a 209 area code). My guys came out, the very same day, for FREE, and told her all she needed was new springs, which they carried on their truck. Done. At that time, I phoned them and demanded they return my aunt's $39. And they did. So recently, when my father was complaining about this company, who he felt lied to get the $89 fee, I asked to see the invoice. Needless to say, I was surprised, but NOT surprised that it was the very same company that had taken advantage, we thought, of my 81 year old aunt. My father is 88 and is sharp as a tack. He's nobodys fool. I am busy and rarely right negative reviews. But this company cheats older people.

Their service was good. They did a really good job. Their pricing was fair and they showed up on time. Overall, it was a really good experience. The guy came out within two hours from when I originally called. Services Rendered: They repaired my garage door a couple of times. They more recently came out about two weeks ago.
