BBB5We had a Clopay 4050 overhead garage door system installed by Empire Garage Door, Inc. and are very pleased. Jared responded to our request for an estimate almost immediately and John, the installer, took less than 4 hours to remove the old door and install the new one. Both Jared and John were very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent price. We couldn't be happier with the product and installation.

BBB5I highly recommend Empire Garage Door Inc! Our garage door cable snapped & with my vehicle still inside I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP. After calling around other repair places to no avail (rang & rang or had to leave a voicemail) I tried Empire. The owner Jared responded immediately & after FaceTiming with my Husband they were able to fix the problem over the phone! That sort of expedient customer service is few & far between these days. We’ll definitely be calling Empire in the future if we ever have any garage door issues.
