Google5Don't usually give ratings to those who do the job they were hired to do. But in Rick's case, he had the patience and took those extra steps to help me understand the problem with my door and how to fix it. It ensures I'll call Radford the next time, if/when there's a problem I can't fix. BTW that's 5+ stars.

Google5Superb service from start to finish. Well appointed showroom and knowledgeable staff made it much easier to choose the best garage door for our remodel. They came out and measured before finalaizing the order, saving us lots of potential headaches by finding we had a non-standard door size, and followed through with a great installation experience. We will be using them again without a doubt.

Google5I used Radford Garage Doors & Gates of San Diego today to install new springs, a new Liftmaster opener & repair the cables on my garage door purchased at this company about 20 yrs ago. The door is still like new. If I could I would give the company & Rick W, their repair technician, 10 stars. I highly recommend Rick’s services for any repairs & installation of new openers. His knowledge of the products & his repair expertise is above & beyond all other companies. He explained everything in detail after he completed the job, which I really appreciated. I was thrilled to have my garage door working perfectly once again & at a great price too!

Google5These guys are great! We needed a commercial garage door repaired; it wouldn't stay up. I received a quote from another company for $1,700, they inspected it and said they had to replace the spring. That seemed steep so I called Radford for a second quote on replacing the spring; they quoted less so we had them come out. Upon inspection they realized they could just fix it. The total came out to $275. They were quick and easy to work with. Above all they are very trustworthy. A lessor company may have just replaced the spring to maximize their profits ; we wouldn't have known. We will use them for anything garage door related moving forward.

Google5Rick came out to help diagnose and replace a broken spring on my new apartment garage. I was unable to finish moving into my new apartment and Radford sent Rick out quickly to help. He was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, was prepared to fix our garage, and got everything done very quickly and allowed me to finish moving in. I would absolutely work with Rick and Radford again!

I found Radford doors after getting the run around for weeks from 2 other companies. I contacted Radford doors and Michael found my garage door the same day, it was ordered and installed in less than a week. Brian and Lorenzo arrived on time and did an exceptional job with the installation. They were quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I was so impressed with how detailed and clean they were with the installation. I could not be happier with the customer service from this company. I would highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Google5Rick with Radford was on-site yesterday to dial in two of our garage doors that were installed by another installer. He was very knowledgable and got the doors working right away. The doors work even better than when the original installer put them in... (the original installer wasn't radford). Rick let me know the original installer likely did not recognize some of the nuances with the settings in the newer liftmaster openers and this was why one of the doors was not functioning optimally. Five stars for Rick & Radford! If you need it done right, go to Radford.

Yelp1Called this so called business at least 10 times. Never a live person, always an answering machine. Did not receive a call back... ever. I really don't think this "Fred" wants to have any additional business. My advice is find another repair company and keep Fred doing absolutely nothing.
