Google5Called late in the day for service and Safety Garage Door Repair was able to respond the very next morning! They diagnosed and replaced my 20 year old LiftMaster box, programmed my clickers and installed a new external code panel in no time flat. Happy with response time and the service!!!

Google1Don't use this company or their technician will rip you off. The company doesn't tell you the estimate labor and part over the phone, when the technician came, they will try to tell you to replace parts that are not broken and not necessary. The price they gave you is the minimum work and part, where they should replace a pair of spring, they would tell you the price is for only one spring, if you want them to replace the spring on the other side, they will charge you another $150. If you want them to replace the bad cable when replacing the pulley, they would charge another $50 for the cable. They will try to sell you part with warranty then at the end, they wouldn't give you a receipt saying if you want a receipt, the price will be higher. Stay away from this company or their technician will scam you!

Google1I contacted the company for 2 motor installation November '22. They came and installed them and gave me 5 years warranty on labor and equipment. Ever since installation the motors have been having problems and this company either doesn't send somebody at all or when they send they don't send a tech who is knowledgeable. Eliran who I had the contract with doesn't even answer the calls. When I call the main company to speak to a supervisor they say they'll call back and they never do. I guess court is the only solution with them. Don't pick this company, you will be scammed.

Google1I am the contractor based in bronx. i have called this company to get an estimate for installing the garage door for my one of my client. The guy named lio came to take dimensions. The guy misbehaved and disrespected with me , and he directly surpassed me and try to talk to the owner directly. I recommend the contractors not to hire this company they surpass the contractor and get direct to the owner. And mess up your job. Very unprofessional Service providers.

Google5Highly recommended!!! We broke our garage door (dont ask me how it happened!) And call a few companies. Then, our friend reccomended us this company and game me a contact number. Must mention- great service !! called them and they got here on time, you can easily see how professional they are. They know the job. They were fast, kind, and charged us a fair price. Hard to find such honest professional service men. Great Job guys!!! Thank you!!
