Yelp5I am so very pleased with my new 3-car garage doors I ordered from Leo at Precise Garage Doors. Leo was very helpful by personally coming to my house a couple of times to be sure I was aware of products available and that I would get what I wanted. He gave me the best price out of 3 bids that I got for Clopay steel-back/insulated doors which I ordered. And the color-match was perfect! I was very impressed with the installer, Fernando, who did such an outstanding job removing my 34-year old wood doors and replacing with the lighter and much quieter ones. However, I think the company's biggest asset is Jill, the office supervisor, who was great about emailing me information about products as well as pricing information. She checked in continually with me on my order, on delivery date and set up an installation date that worked best for me. Jill always seemed to care that I was a happy, satisfied customer...which I certainly am!

Yelp4Hired to replace molding in front of garage. Ended up replacing lift, belt, molding, and rollers. Andrey did a good job. Work was done quickly for about $2.5k all in. My one gripe is that the service left the old molding, chain and box from new lift in my recycling, garbage cans. For 2.5k I believe the company should remove all old hardware/packing from site. Would hire again for other needs.

Their technician (ANDREY) contacted me earlier that day, asking if it would be OK to arrive even sooner than the scheduled appointment time. I really appreciated fhis message; an earlier time slot was much better for me. ANDREY was extremely professional, knew exactly what was needed and was able to explain it to me. I highly recommend his/their services.

Yelp5Precise GSD saved the day! We had an old garage door opener that started making a clicking sound on Thursday. By Sunday, I couldn't keep the garage door closed when I tried to leave for work. Very stressful, especially since we have had several burglaries in the Mira Mesa area in past few weeks. We called Precise GSD on Sunday and were able to make an appointment for Monday. Most of the garage door repair businesses we looked at, are NOT open on weekends! It was so nice to have someone respond quickly and get a speedy service response! Andrey texted us Monday when he was on his way and got here promptly. He explained what was wrong with our very old unit and gave us the options to fix or replace it. Our garage door opener had to be at least 12 years old (probably much older than that!) It was time to replace it. I love our new opener! It is sooo quiet! I had no idea how loud our existing one actually was. There is now a motion light that comes on when we enter the garage, a keypad entry on outside, and even a camera! I feel safer than before. Thank you Andrey and Precise GSD for a speedy service and making us feel safe again!

Yelp5The supporting cables on my garage door came off their spool and we couldn't close our garage. Precise sent Andrey over within only hours and fixed the problem in a half hour. Great job, and great customer support. If Precise hadn't helped as quickly as they did I would have had to leave my garage door open all weekend.
