Yelp5Ryan from Radford stopped by to fix a non-operational garage door. In 30 seconds he had the diagnosis and in another 5 minutes everything was working perfectly. Ryan also did a safety check on the doors and suggested a few minor improvements in case we lose power due to fires. Knowledgeable, speedy, personable and solving the problem with minimal fuss and no extraneous fees. Definitely will call Ryan when it's time to replace the doors in a few years.

Yelp5Radford Garage Doors are outstanding! I purchased two garage doors and openers from them. They exceed expectations with their exemplary customer service. During the Thanksgiving weekend, our garage door opener stopped working; I called Radford and left a voicemail. Thinking I wouldn't get a callback until Monday, I was surprised to get a callback within 10 minutes from Sherri. She assured me she'd have a technician out Monday morning. As promised, Ryan, their senior technician, arrived first thing Monday morning; he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the door opener. Subsequently, Ryan has returned to address a couple of other items. His technical knowledge and attention to detail is unsurpassed. He is without a doubt the best garage door technician; he's always punctual and exceedingly professional.

Yelp5I had my garage door springs replaced by Ryan, from Radford. He called ahead, arrived on time, did the job quickly and then demonstrated that the weight of the door was properly counter balanced and that all of the safety features of my opener were in working order. He also took the time to give me a tutorial on some convenience features of my opener. Great service. Thanks, Ryan.

Yelp5Highly recommend Radford if you are looking for a new garage door. They carry many brands and styles. Their staff is helpful and didn't try to up sell me. They got me the door I wanted at a very competitive price, which included all new rails, hardware and a new belt drive opener. Reach out to them if you need a new garage door.

Yelp5We had an awesome experience with Radford garage doors. From the sales to picking the door, color all the way to a super professional installation. Price was good compare to competitive offers. Quality is great! I'd highly recommend checking with Radford for any modern garage doors. Side mount with MyQ system and app makes it great! Super happy with the results!

Yelp5My garage malfunction and Radford sent a technician over. I believe his name was Joel. He was very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. He figured out what the problem was in less than a minute! It was a very pleasant experience.

Yelp2We were required to use this service by our HOA. They replaced our garage door and opener as they won the contract for our complex. Good install. BUT- they removed the entire existing door, opener and controls, despite my request to leave a control panel behind. A call within a couple of hours of completion netted a 'the control panel has already been disposed and there's nothing we can or will do. By the way, here's your bill'. As always- sit there and watch the workers and make sure you get what you want.

Yelp5Our 53 member condominium complex in La Jolla is in the process of having new custom wood garage doors installed to match our existing architecture. Yesterday was my turn, and my new door was built and installed on the premises by Christopher and Devin from Radford. They did a stellar job. The door itself is beautiful, made with high quality lumber. Christopher who was on the job the majority of the time, was more than helpful, resolving all my concerns as well as making sure I understood the mechanics of the new garage door opener. Importantly, he also cleaned every bit of sawdust and debris out of the garage and the garage apron, before leaving. . All in all I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and pleasant team of installers. If I could I'd give them 10 stars.

Yelp5What a great experience all around. I set up an appointment with Emi and got a 2 hour window. Day of my appointment the tech called and said I'm on the way it says about 15 minutes out. Ryan showed up and immediately went to work and fixed it. Everyone was so nice and professional. As a single lady it's always concerning to have strangers to your home but I felt 100% comfortable. 10 out 0f 10 would recommend.
