Google5Great service, great work. The spring of my garage door broke and Jesse came in the next day and gave me very honest thoughts about my garage situation. He also immediately pointed out a few things I have done wrong. I didn't hire them immediately because I was still waiting for two other contractors to give me quote. Their quote is the best, and they came in the next day to help me to convert the spring system, and also helped me to fix some of the extra issues they did not have to help. I really appreciate their help and highly recommend Jesse and Andre.

Google5This is the best experience I have had with any repair of any kind. I first spoke with the owner Andre and he quickly quoted me a price on the phone based on the dimensions of the Garage door I needed replaced \ repaired. The price was much lower than a in person quote I received from one his competitors in the area. He was able to do it first thing the next day. He sent his installation tech Robert who arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The tech looked at our door and immediately spotted a problem with our current garage door configuration that was previously installed and instead of installing it the same way which was what he had loaded on his truck he said it would be a better solution to get the custom size required to fit my opening. He drove back to the manufacturer and picked up the other size panels and came back and had it installed in an hour and it worked better than our previously installed door ( prior to it getting damaged). He went through everything he did and explained the process and why he made some adjustments along the way to the previous setup. I hope I have friends and family who need a garage door because they will go to Rapid Repair for the work. Thanks Andre and Robert for a great experience. Bob

Google5Andrae was very prompt in responding to my inquiry! He not only gave me the best options and pricing but was able to come out same day. I liked that he let me know his ETA ahead of time and was able to show up a little earlier, per my last minute request. Andrae did offer to fix my existing door opener at a reasonable price. But we decided we really wanted a new and quieter belt drive opener with more features. The install went seamless. He did a fantastic job! I will be recommending Rapid Repair Garage Doors to my friend's and neighbors.

Google5Andre took excellent care of my clients (I'm a Realtor) who needed his help fixing their garage door equipment while we were in escrow selling their home. Fast forward a few months and now my garage door broke at home. Called Andre at 5pm on a Monday night, he was at my house fixing the entire system by 6:30, done by 7:30. Great guy, very knowledgeable & fair and honest with his pricing.

Google5I am unbelievably impressed by this professional and the manner in which he does business. It is more than evident that he truly values customer service and that is how I guarantee he will have lifetime customers. My husband is in the military and gone a lot. I am very used to service providers trying to rip me off or take advantage of the fact that I m not knowledgeable about certain types of repairs. I was bracing for an uncomfortable experience but I was pleasantly surprised. It was so refreshing to not feel like I was being nickel and dimed or spoken down to. The pricing was very fair and the work was top notch. He was respectful and personable. He even reprogrammed my keyless entry without needing any type of manual, clearly he knows what he is doing. The motor wasn t correctly programmed for our garage. It instead of making me feel like the world was ending, he just fixed it. I would give more stars if I could. Oh! And bonus points for coming same day and completing the work so quickly. I plan on reviewing on all possible formats to help other people get the same kind of positive experience! Thank you Andre

Yelp5Andre was very responsive & timely. I posted the job and he was at my house that evening. He assessed the repair in about 5 minutes and had the job done in 2 hrs by 7pm. The garage door is now operating perfectly and much quieter. The prior repair was not done right - the load on the springs wasn't calibrated correctly. He was professional, clean. It's how the job is done that counts. I'd hire him again and refer him to anyone I know. Very happy.

Yelp5Andre is the consummate professional. He came over when he said he would and fixed my door. He knew exactly what he was doing. He had all the equipment he needed. All the parts. He did not leave until my door was working perfectly. I had a question the next day. He came back. He made a minor adjustment to my garage door opener which was not part of the original repair, at no charge! His prices are incredibly competitive. I don't know what else to say except that I have full confidence in him and he will be my garage door repairman for the foreseeable future. It's very comforting to know that you have a competent person to help you when you need them and he is that and more. the day I called him he wanted to come over at 7 at night. That astounded me. When he says his hours are until 10 p.m. he means it. You're crazy if you don't use this guy!
