Google1I was here for the first time for the delivery.and they don’t have any Check in management.I was here before and check in and forklift driver told me to back up on dock after the truck goes and some random guy pulled with his truck and he just back into dock and when i gone to ask what is going on he just says i don’t know talk with truck driver.because of this i got late for the other pick up and it ruin my whole day.This warehouse is shit.If someone is coming for the delivery think twice and the street is also not for over 5 ton and think before you come

Google2Staff is friendly enough. but this place is not made for semi trucks, especially 53 foot trailers. Street is not semi accessible, clearly posted no vehicles over 5 tons. Jutland Drive is super steep coming up to the location and entrance driveway is dangerous. If you are driving a semi, or any vehicle over 5 tons You risk a ticket even coming up here.

Google1Entrance is not made for semi truck trailer very hard to take turn by stopping both way’s traffic and the jutland drive is on steep hill is not truck route according to GPS.

Google5If you have a 53 foot trailer with sleeper try to avoid this place it will damage your truck and trailer. There loading dock is to high and they use wood pallets on back wheels to make it higher and breaks mud guard off. The loaders will help you back up but they one will say one thing and another will say another then play stupid so back up how u feel comfortable. They act like they class a drivers. But best to avoid this place. Workers in first office are nice but loaders are confusing just dont speak good english so communication issues. And a other thing when workers say dont damage my dock lol its not you dock its the company you work for so stop making your self feel like your the owner when your job is to unload and load trucks. Changed review because someone reached out after bad review so that means alot. But still very hard place for 53 ft trailer with sleeper and will wear your equipment

Google1If it was possible for me to give this company 0 stars I would. I had a Fireplace, insulation, and garage doors set to be installed through this company. The insulation was installed after three reschedules, the fireplace wasn’t fully installed but demanded I pay them in full for the product, even though it requires them to come back out for finish work. The garage doors I ordered on March are still not fully installed. If you’re wanting a company who puts the customer needs first and has open communication about what’s going on, DO NOT use this company. They have the absolute worst customer service for any construction company I have ever seen, and their representatives will argue and get attitude when requesting service requests when the timeline they provide isn’t acceptable. They are causing my final inspection to be pushed back a third time due to them not sending out a technician to finish the fireplace (which i was never informed of). The soonest they were able to send someone out was over a week away. If you need things done professionally and in a timely manner, this is not the company to use.

Google1Aweful experience with the rain gutter team. After a site visit and estimate we scheduled the work. The day before the install, a manager dropped by for a site visit and left saying he and the team would be there the next morning at 7am. The next day, 7am came and went as well as 8 and 9 am. I called the sales person at 9am and he was surprised no one was there. He indicated he heard from the scheduler that the work was cancelled. Both the sales person and I called the manager multiple times during the day to understand what was going on. No answer, no return calls, nothing. I finally called his office and asked if I could speak with his manager. He quickly came to the phone and indicated he was too busy to update me. He was apologetic when I explained how poor his customer service was. I understand things happen and schedule changes take place but a phone call is the least you can do when working with customers. It goes without saying that I won't be using Truteam again. My initial experience was good but this time around was one of the poorest experiences I have ever had
